I would like to dedicate the first paragraph to all the Veterans out there and to what MEMORIAL DAY means.

 

Memorial Day is a US federal holiday wherein the men and women who died while serving in the United States Armed Forces are remembered.^[1] The holiday, which is celebrated every year on the final Monday of May,^[2] was formerly known as Decoration Day and originated after the American Civil War to commemorate the Union and Confederate soldiers who died in the Civil War.

 

 By the 20th century, Memorial Day had been extended to honor all Americans who have died while in the military service. It typically marks the start of the summer vacation season, while Labor Day marks its end.

Many people visit cemeteries and memorials, particularly to honor those who have died in military service. Many volunteers place an American flag on each grave in national cemeteries.

Well I guess what I would like to say is thank you to all who continuously believe in my abilities to be able to change the world one mind at a time and businesses as well Thank you Thank you soooooo very much.

Today was a very special day because I was not able to create or write my blog this morning because I had to get up early and practice with my son for his playoff game against an undefeated team and guess what he was prepared when the time came.

The team won the game and so now they will play them one more time because the other team beat us two weeks ago.

Why am I talking about a kids game well because if stop and watch kids either playing at the playground or playing in one of these games we can learn things like: What it is to have fun?  What it is means to live in the moment? I find that most people once they grow up and start a job and a family they forget to live in the moment and forget what it is to have fun.

These kids were having fun and yet playing their hearts out because they knew that if they lost the season would be over. When I speak to employers about their staff or team I ask a basic question does your team realize that if they do not play as a whole they may loose the season. The employer always asks -I do not understand what you mean.

 I state to them that if the staff does not understand the game of customer service then they will lose their paying customers and eventually y lose their jobs. You see if employees cannot have fum while doing their jobs then as an owner you need to take a real close look at this and find people that will have fun and enjoy your customers and each other.

Now let us talk about facts and feelings

I as leaders all the time how do you manage your people in this type of business and of course they never have the right answer because they themselves manage with feelings and make their daily choices with feelings ouch!!! I always think about the poor guy that no one likes because someone a long time ago started a rumor that he was a horrible employee therefore everyone treated him accordingly.

If you make choices based on feeling and emotions then you will always make the wrong choices because emotions will always get the better of us.

Make choices based on facts and not emotions. I hope this makes sense and if does not then let me know why not OK? Ok.

Obstacles,The Annoying little Voice And Negative Bosses-Luciano The Key Santini- SSDE

Good morning to all my followers and all who continue to support my journey and cause which is to change the world one mind at a time. There are many obstacles that life brings everyday but the truth is that sometimes we create those obstacles which in turn will hold us from becoming the people we want to become. Of course you will have people become obstacles before your eyes simply because of their own insecurities.

You will have those negative people who will always try to discourage you and tell you you will be unable to accomplish your goals. What about those that complain about the smallest things that only makes sense in their mind because in the real world it is no more than an annoyance. Then there are those who never have anything positive to say about anything. I was asked once during a speech on having a positive attitude no matter what. What if it is your boss?

 My response was if it is your boss do your job and stay clear from them as much as possible and create as much positivity around you as possible until you find a better job or create your own business.

Bosses like these exist everywhere and in every organization and there is not much of anything that you can do but complain and to be honest you will only upset them more giving them ammunition. They get  some power and they will use it to show their position. I have to say it is a sad way to deal with people simply because they have no skills in people relations but it goes on all the time. 

 

You hold the key to your success

 Some believe that because they have a mouth and can talk and have a high position they have people skills and well in their little world and believe me it is a little world let them continue to believe yes let them believe. The best way to deal with these type of bosses is to agree and move on doing the best job you are capable until you are ready to move on.

 It’s difficult to build up the motivation to please a boss that you believe can’t or won’t acknowledge the good you’re doing. Employees feel more like victims instead of empowered workers when the boss is constantly critical and won’t communicate when things are going well. 

 Listening to the negativity all day dampens employee morale and motivation. Worse than that, it leaves you and the rest of the staff feeling anxious and stressed; you never know what’s really going on or whether your jobs are at risk. According to the American Psychological Association, employees who feel a loss of control are less motivated to improve and more anxious about their positions.

An example of what I mean is someone or you reading this would like to write a book but that annoying little voice keeps creeping up from way back in your mind and it says "You cannot do this do not even try" How do I know this happens because it has happened to me and I have to tell you that sometimes that little annoying voice wins!! Yes I hate when that happens but the truth is that I allow the voice to win and so it wins. What I do now is that as soon as that annoying little voice starts to creep up I simply tell it to "shut up and allow me to win!!

I have seen people go crazy loose their minds because they allow this annoying little voice win over their minds and over their dreams. You simply have to tell it to "Shut Up and allow you to win"

I would like to talk about being constant in life and fair to those around you especially in business when you know you have consistency with someone in your organization that creates a good vibe for those who work around them but those above them do not see it because they can only see their power of position and creates animosity without realizing it has been created.

As most of you know that Napoleon Hill has been one of my mentors for the last 14 years someone that I have studied very closely. Here is something from him regarding the above written statement.

Constancy of purpose is the first principle of success.

It is critical to your success that you have a well-thought-out plan for your life and that you stick with it regardless of what others may say and the obstacles you encounter. There will always be fault-finders and those who attempt to persuade you that your goals aren’t worth the effort you put into achieving them. Those people will never go far, and they will be the first to ask for your help after you have passed them by. 

Virtually every successful person has considered giving up at some point in his or her struggle to reach the top. And many breakthroughs occurred soon after those same people rededicated themselves to their purpose. There is no known obstacle that cannot be overcome by a person who has constancy of purpose, a Positive Mental Attitude, and the discipline and willpower to succeed.

Good morning my friends. It seems that everyone in the entire world is always looking for something that will change their world. I have a question for all of you out there who read this blog.

What is that you are looking for in this world that will change your life. I know for a fact that sometimes people have no idea who they are or what they need in their life to change the direction that they may be headed.

Here I am giving a motivational speech to the Veterans on finding the thing we are all looking for inside of us to motivate us to find that one thing that makes us move ahead when all is looking bleak. I find that when I coach individuals they all tell me the same thing regarding their past mistakes. I say to them do not worry about the past mistakes they were made and that is that and yes it is that simple.

The problem happens when the individual seems to hang on to that mistake for years and years and after a while it sinks in as fault. I tell you my friends sometimes it is our fault but at the same time every situation is different and lots of times plans change and one must make spontaneous choices and sometimes they are the wrong ones. The key to all this madness is did you learn something from that mistake and if you did then let go because you cannot change the past ever, you can only make it a learning experience that is it.


I have to tell that you have to understand that if you make a mistake that it will be difficult to admit that you made a mistake small or large. At this point you must understand that by admitting your mistake it will take you to a new level of understanding who you are and who yo will become.

Most people star by pointing fingers at someone else or make excuses and miss the lesson that should have been learned. Some people will screw someone over and then when asked why they will make every excuse and never admit their mistake and sooner or later it will comeback with a revenge.

If you fail a test, then you have become a failure. If you make a mistake then you are a mistake perhaps you have never ever felt this way but guess what!! Many people do.

Chickens come home to roost, and so do your thoughts. Be careful what sort of thoughts you send out.
The thoughts you send out to others will have a far greater impact upon you than upon them. Unlike a material possession, when you release a thought or give it to someone else, it also stays with you. It may remain buried in your subconscious long after your conscious mind has forgotten about it. Like chickens that return to the coop at night, such thoughts may flash into your consciousness when you least expect them.

 When your thoughts are positive, you never have to worry about the damage you may do to yourself through negative thinking. Cheerful, productive, happy thoughts that are buried in your subconscious bring positive results when they recur, and by their presence they encourage the maintenance of a positive attitude in all that you do.

Read this over and over and you will see that once you realize that the mistakes you have made in the past can be forgotten and perhaps give you a new start in life. You must learn from your mistakes

Do You Live In A Bubble A Great Question--Luciano The Key Santini SSDE

Good morning everyone on this beautiful Saturday morning . I was wondering what life would be like if we lived in another planet  where there was only one job and one structure and if you were to move away from that structure or try to change it you would be placed in a bubble ball where you would be made to do one thing and one thing only for the rest of your life.

This is a crazy thought about what if; is it not? I want you to sit and think about this because this is happening here on this earth all around you perhaps you are one of these people. I do not mean to disrespect anyone but I am trying to be realistic here. Let us look around us and see or notice how many people do you see or know that live their lives doing the same thing over and over and always complaining about how bad their lives are.

This job sucks and guess what you suck too!!! You know why because my life sucks as well!!!!

I know you know some of them and I know you see them every day.These are persons that just exist and they do not want to do anything about changing their lives. I am sure that at one point in my life I thought thoughts of fear and fear of change and fear of everything that came my way thus doing the same thing over and over because I was in a comfort zone and afraid to make any changes in my life because of fear.

My friends there is always time to make a new start in life it is up to you and you are the only one that can make this change; Here is something to think about from my very own mentor Napoleon Hill:

There always remains an opportunity to make a new start.

Though it may not seem so when you first encounter a serious blow, you can never lose two of the most important assets you have. These are the power of your mind and your freedom to use it. Once you have turned them to understanding what laid you low, you can begin forming new plans. 

You may not have the money you once had; you may lack the allies you had cultivated. But you still have the benefit of a universe that eventually rewards honest effort, as well as gaining the experience of mistakes you will never make again. Remember, no matter where you are now, whatever you can conceive and believe, you can achieve.

You can start looking where you are at right now and decide if this is the place where you want to be and if not then make the change and ask yourself what should I do? MAKE THE CHANGE IN THE RIGHT PATH AND TO YOUR END GOAL WHATEVER THAT MAY BE JUST GO FOR IT!!!!!

I know that the modern life  we all have today does not compare to the past and  is a giant desert of health-sapping pollutants that can cause serious, long-term health damage if not carefully avoided or at least properly and regularly mitigated. But surviving the modern world requires a lot more than just avoiding toxic chemicals, as proper nutrition, essential skills. It takes more then money and status to survive the real world. It take the mind to see what is not there yet and to see what can be there  and what it is you the individual can create to make it happen.

Live A Life Of Fascination And Purpose

Good morning my friends and how are you doing this beautiful Saturday. Today we are going to talk about what it takes to reach your goals and what you need to look at them from a real perspective.

Reaching goals is not about just talking about them as of matter of fact the more you talk about them the less energy they will carry. What you have to do is stop talking and take action instead. What do I mean well my friends it is all in the mind and what your perspective of your goals. 

How important are they to you? What exactly do these goals mean to you as the individual? How are you going to approach these goals? 

These are questions that we all have every day in our minds the problem is that we just never take the time to really think about the questions above.

Take a look at this video so you can get some ideas on achieving your goals. You need to deeply desire the goal or resolution. Napoleon Hill, in his landmark book, Think and grow rich had it right. "The starting point of all achievement is desire. Keep this constantly in mind. Weak desires bring weak results, just as a small amount of fire makes a small amount of heat." So, your first

• Visualize yourself achieving the goal. Lee Iacocca said, "The greatest discovery of my generation is that human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind." What will your achievement feel like? How will your life unfold differently as a result? If the goal is a thing, some gurus of goal setting recommend that you keep a picture of the item where you see and are reminded of it every day. If you can’t picture yourself achieving the goal, chances are – you won’t.

BUSINESS

Here we are my friends on another day of thinking. I always think about each and every day and how am I going to change my future. You see my friends we have to get out there and make some changes every day. How do I think? What do I know? How do I process my ideas? You see what do we do and how do we believe these questions to make a difference in our lives.

 We need to evaluate each one of these questions as an individual and then take a real good look at our answers and then move forward.

We all have to give something for something else that is just how life works though most of us do not see or understand that concept. I will give you an example if you decide to make a great living from speaking the you have to take the time read lots and lots of books and create some new ideas from the reading to make better and new ideas. What about the purpose for new ideas?

We make new ideas with purpose but with a new purpose we have to decide a new life and live differently than before. We have to live well and bring a new awareness to our new life and be prepared to take a whole new look on the road to where are we headed.

Think about a philosophy you believe in and live it. Be prepared for a live of vitality. Time comes and then disappears forever because that is one thing that you will never ever be able to get or buy back. The point here is to believe in who you are and then more time learning new things and believing that whatever goals you may have will be accomplishment never ever stop learning.

I will close with this; Prepare the good questions for yourself and make sure that you have a good understanding of each question that you ask yourself and then be real careful on the answers but that will make the big difference on your daily life. Live a life of purpose. You see I live of life of fascination is clearly different then just a living life.

Good morning to all my friends and readers. I want to thank you for making this blog such a success. Thank you thank you so very much. In this post I want to talk about a serious issue that affects every single one of us whether we have children or not; But first this:

 

 Faith

Faith is the element, the “chemical” which, when mixed with prayer, gives one direct communication with Infinite Intelligence. 

Today I would like to talk about why is it that politicians both at a local level and a worldwide level do not understand the meaning of what  children mean to us. I really would like to talk about this and bring some light into it. Everyone states and say in conversations and I have heard it it so many times that there is no longer any meaning behind . 

The phrase being ( The children are our future) To me it seems that this has become more of a Cliche to many and have forgotten that they were children at one time and some one if they are successful protected them making sure they had a safe environment when they played.

 I believe we all need to come together to make sure that we as parent are making a difference in our children's lives and come together to make sure that police chiefs and any one that operates a city a nation and a home puts all of their difference aside and create an environment where children can feel they can play safely without wondering if a drug dealer or a murder is going to walk up to them and asking them to sell drugs or go out and kill someone!!!

 In the 1960s Frankie Valli and Four Seasons had a hit song titled,

“Silence Is Golden.”

The song is about a relationship where a friend knows a woman is being betrayed by her significant other. 

The advice offered to this friend in the song is to keep quiet because the woman won’t believe what she is being told.

Silence about important issues is never a good thing, one needs to be able to communicate with an open mind in order to have other listen.

Dramatic I know but at the same time take a look around your town and ask yourself (Are we doing what we should be doing for our children?)  

I can go on the radio and I did for a while making sure that not only my children were safe but all he children in what ever community I was living at the time. I have to say did I make a difference well yes I did and I have in many areas from Los Angeles California to the Santa Barbara County but the question becomes am I bale to do it alone and the answer is absolutely not!!!

 I see my children growing and there are always challenges in school in our communities we ll understand these things and many more struggles that individuals never ever talk about I understand but these are your children. 

I can only speak for myself and well I love mine and well i can only push and lead a number of people who wish to do the same for their children but countries-cities and communities need to come together and believe and I mean really believe that the safety of our children is paramount for the future of this world.

We need leaders real leaders that can think outside the box to bring a safety environment to the world. Leadership is all bout believing that you can can help people grow and achieve potential.  True leaders will always continue to grow or find ways to expand their own minds to reaching their potential or that of others if they stop  growing themselves then they stop recognizing the potential for our young adults and children's needs.

When Communication Fails Us-Luciano "The Key" Santini

Good morning my friends and how are we doing on this beautiful Saturday morning perhaps Sunday somewhere else or close to being Sunday. Today I am going to talk about communication and what it means to a corporation  when communication fails between staff and management or for that matter between CEO"S.

Let me start with some motivation clips of myself speaking to all people and trying to change the world to a better place one mind at a time;

A bull may have good qualities, but you will never bring them out by waving a red flag in his face.

Arousing others is easy — if you don’t care what kind of action you inspire. If you wish to create a positive response in others, you do so by example and through the art of gentle persuasion, not by daring them to attack. When you work with others, concentrate on their positive attributes, not on the things they dislike or fear.

 When you take the time to get to know your associates, to learn about their hopes, dreams, and aspirations, you can determine what motivates them. You can then show them how they can align their goals with yours to work together for your mutual advantage. When you do, everybody wins. 

 Communication is essential to any business to both clients and staff members

When communication fails or lack of it in the workplace can occur in any size company large or small between management and employees, or what about between individual employees. When people fail to communicate effectively then it often will move to some irrational thinking or conflict. Poor communication will most likely cause some type of failure with any organization and can lead to some serious changes.

When management does not communicate properly new policies or procedures rumors can go out which in turn can create a hostile environment. If management fails to communicate any type of change correctly morale will be affected. The worst that can happen is the employees will begin to go into quiet mode or silence and say or do nothing like completing their tasks or projects.

One of the biggest issues in companies large or small is that sometimes if not all the time is poor training. I have found that when change occurs proper training was never put into action correctly. Inadequate training can result in the worker having difficulty in adapting to your work environment as well as mistakes while performing a task due to miscommunication. 

Communication issues can and will cause profit loss and morale loss which in turn will cause management headaches galore.

How Are You Doing? An Important Question To Ask Yourself.

Good morning everyone and how are we doing on this beautiful day? I have been thinking that this should be a question we should ask ourselves every morning when we wake up. It is a great question to ask because sometimes we just do not think about how we are doing. We need to take some time and think where we are at this moment be early in this morning or midday or evening. We just need the time to perhaps discover something new within ourselves and make it great make ourselves great why!! because we are great You my friend are great.

Discovery I love that word because it makes me want to go out and start discovering the world all over again.

The secret to which I refer has been mentioned no fewer than a hundred times throughout this book. It has not been directly named, for it seems to work more successfully when it is merely uncovered and left in sight, where those who are ready and searching for it may pick it up.

My friends and fellow business owners what happens when you discover something new in life that perhaps makes a bit of change in your daily routine? Do you get excited? Or do you find yourself in a situation where you have no idea what to do!

What happens when your leadership gets questioned?

 What happens when you are told that you have no idea what you are doing?

Better yet what happens when your employees tell you what they think and quit?

These are perhaps some of the most eye opening questions a leader or a business owner can and have faced sometime in their career as a business owner. My friends I can tell you that sometimes you need to take the time discover your true talents and actually put them to work.

In my own personal experience I have found and discovered many talents that I knew I had but was afraid to take action because of fear of failure. I found that if I did not even try I was failing so what did I do!!! I at least tried and if I failed well I earned from my mistakes and then tried again and again.

If your business is continually changing, introducing new ideas, it's important to keep track of what's vital. It is also extremely important to know your staff and who is leading them. If it is you then you need to make sure that you are aware of all the changes in your industry and be prepared to adapt quickly to them. Change is Inevitable. Change will all always be happening whether we want to take place or not it will so might as well keep up and change.

Change is beneficial when change requires people throughout an organization to learn new behaviors and skills. By formally setting expectations, employing tools to improve communication and proactively seeking ways to reduce misinformation, stakeholders are more likely to buy into a change initially and remain committed to the change throughout any discomfort associated with it.
