The Will To Learn New Technology And Be Ready To Accept Innovation Equals Great Leadership-Dr. Luciano Santini
Here we are once again and of course I will continue to talk about leadership in this world today. In many organizations I find and have found in the past when I had to do research that every company wanted the best of the best to work for them but somehow never had the best of the best and the question I always asked them was WHY?
There answers were really not good or specific but disturbing. Some would say that it was because they were always getting the wrong people or people in general lied regarding their skill sets. I would ask again and again why? and What do you think the problems is? Again the reasons were always the same and never specific.
In order to get the best of the best for your organization you will have to take risks with some people and yes you will make mistakes but have a process in place in case you do make mistakes and of course most organizations do not have any type of process in place.
The key to acquiring the best of the best is that your leadership within the or any organizations is to have great leadership that will know who they are interviewing. The problem that I have found over and over is that leaders end up in positions not understanding their competition nor the trends on hiring which will always fail because trends are always changing as I always have said change is inevitable.
One thing that is hurting our economy is that today the need to fill positions in every industry is growing fast but the real issue is that the talent cannot be found. In order to know the trends you have to do your research and most leaders today which come from the directive/control era do not have the knowledge to do the research and the people they have working for them do not either simply because of resistance to change.
The issue is growing that most of today's leaders have no idea of what is coming. You have to learn to stay ahead of the game and look for the talent to assist specially the millennials. The millennials have the knowledge and the skills to move your company. The organizations must be able to understand that innovations are needed with every step that any company wants to take.Another issue is the that the technology available today can break and ruin a company and today's new workforce understand that and they can assist in making things right that have gone wrong.
I will say this again and again that the direct and control management styles do not fit well in today's world of Leadership or management these have to change but time after time they stay the same.Organizations like staff agencies will always tell organizations that they have the best of the best talent for them but let us be honest they have a hard time finding talent due to companies wanting the best of the best and guess what; If they are the best they do not need a head hunter or an agency to find them employment they will use technology and knowledge.
By finding smart and motivated people, you begin to change into a place
where they drive themselves harder than any boss could. Excellent
employees are continually raising the bar on themselves; any mediocrity
will be obvious. That’s when positive attrition begins to kick in,
similar to a sort of exponential “top grading” — you inevitably end up
with an entire team of excellent workers.

Generational Gaps In The World And Understanding Them
Hello to all and well here we are on another beautiful day. It is of a concern to me and would love to share this concern with the world out there. Times are changing all around us at home, work with relationships. The world is changing at a pace that most people cannot keep up.
The changes that are happening at work are of a concern due to leadership not being able to understand how to manage knowledge. You have so many generations that are going to have be able to learn from each other making difficult to understand the difference. Running an operation takes more then just having the position of power it takes more knowledge which many leadership are lacking in today's corporations.
Every generation has made its own commotion as they start going into the workforce and what is the one thing that is common with all generations?" They say they do not get or understand us"
Let us take a look at this chart to get a better understanding of differences of the generations most organizations are involved with.

I
believe that the way we manage people will either make the organization
stronger or break the people down and ruin the organization. I like
this chart because it makes it much easier to understand where you are
as a leader and gives you a guide on how to more or less manage people.
However I have stated before that we are in an age where it requires
constant change and just telling people and expecting them to know via
directive, command or control well it is a waste of time and you will be
challenged if you are this type of leader and the of course you will
not like it and frustration will set in.
Have you ever thought about the impact regarding traits and biases from different generations. If leaders have a better understanding of this and the diversity they face today they will have to implement tools within their organizations to be able to adapt to the changes quickly enough to be able to compete.
As leaders move forward with the new shifts regarding generational gaps without having the tools of understanding and having the skills to implement change then you might as well hang up the gloves and look for another job because you will be so frustrated with yourself because you will be dealing with a new type of risk that come with generation gaps.
Each person that is hired has a different background and they will affect our thoughts and behaviors and ultimately outcomes that will result the way leaders manage them.
In order to survive the changes that are coming you as a leader must understand the changes when you see them and be able to implement change and be able to implement the tools for adaptation to take place within your organization.

"Life Is Nothing More Than A Storyline; Write One That Will Stand The Storms Of Time" Luciano The Key Santini
Hello
everyone and here we are gain on another day to write about the questions and
the comments all my follower and supporters send me. Thank you to every single one
of you who continue to make me your solutions provider to both your life and
your business. It has been a great journey and thousands of people have stated
to have benefited from the information or the motivation that I write.
Today we
will talk about some of the moves or choices that great leaders will make to
create great and strong teams in their organizations. When a great manager
begins to understand his staff and their individual skills along with the way
they perform their task only then will a great leader know how to move tasks to
the right people and know how delegate correctly.
As
great leaders know you have your great employees and you have the not so great
employees. The great employees will always want to do a great job and usually
do if you treat them with respect. These are the employees you can trust to do
completed staff work and a great job at any task given expectations and proper
training. These are the employees that some leaders will check their work even
though they are the best employees.
This
is a waste of time for both the great staff and their so call great leaders.
Why does leadership do this you are asking? Well let me tell you why; So called
leaders will do this because it gives them the feeling of importance and they
are afraid to face the real problem which are usually the people who are hard
to manage. This is also one of those crazy things where sometimes they the
leadership may feel that their best employees are respected more than they are
and so by micromanaging them it gives them a feeling of power yes yes I know pretty
sad but true.
"Life Is Nothing More Than A Storyline; Write One That Will Stand The Storms Of Time" Luciano The Key Santini
One
of the greatest issues most leaders face is when they have to have those hard
conversations with the performers who should be performing but do not. Leaders
also know that though these non-performers do not get in anyone's face or cause
any major issues they know they are not getting the results they should be
getting from them, however most of the rest of the team does know this and see
this and they hate you for it because as a leader you should be focusing on
them and not so much on the ones that actually are getting results thus causing
friction between you the (Leader) of the organization and your team!!!
The
people who do not do their job correctly are great at one thing and that is
staying below the radar and pretend ting to do their job and yet there are no
results so a not so,
strong
( Leader) will find it so much easier to ignore the real problems because there
is no real problem in their mind thus causing what I call (Under current) You
know when you are swimming in the ocean and all looks great and smooth but the undercurrent
will eventually take you and pull you under HELP I AM DROWNING HERE!!
By
then hopefully you get someone to here you or you are a great swimmer and
survive or the sharks will eat you up and you will be heard from again and my
friends in business in the real world this is no different because your non
performers and your weak staff will eat you up alive and soon enough you will
be terminated for the same thing nonperformance it will only be a matter of
time!!!
As a (Leader) you know who your weakest
links are and guess what so do the rest of the staff. You as a leader need to
step to the plate and begin to address them because if not the rest of the
staff will begin to address you and your incompetence to deal with the real
issues in the organization and well this will only bring resentment towards you
and the your team.
I have to tell you though that sometimes
those who suck at their job and the world knows about including you their
fearless leader. should be the one looking out for the organization and making
use that there is nothing but smooth driving forward and I know the you
the key to success right!! No!! What!! Why Not! Ok Ok here it is:
Get the right people on the bus and get
the slackers the hell of the bus but do it before the bus gets rolling towards
the end result because if you drive the bus with them still on it well my
friends you begin the viscous circle all over again and most likely you will be
gone!!! I know you know who these people are in your organization and do not
kid yourself because everyone else does as well.
This guy will always be one of my greatest mentors of all time.
Willing cooperation produces enduring power, while forced cooperation ends in failure.
No civilization based upon the unjust treatment of its people has ever endured. A tyrant may force the cooperation of others for a time, but that power is never sustained. Only when people are accorded the respect they deserve do they willingly create and maintain successful organizations and societies. When you build a company or an organization based on fairness and justice for every member, you have built a power that will long endure.
The best way to secure the commitment and unending cooperation of others
is through the simple application of the Golden Rule. It is the most
successful and long-lasting management theory ever developed. When you
treat others as you would like to be treated were you in their
situation, you will inspire loyalty and enthusiastic cooperation. Set
high standards for yourself and others, treat them well, let them do
their jobs, and they will perform miracles for you.
