Having A Positive Attitude -Luciano The Key Santini

 http://www.motivationkey.com/

Good morning my friends and here is a new banner that one of my friends made for my blog. Tell What you think. I think it looks pretty good however I want to hear from you my readers what you think? This past week has been a journey because learning is a never ending focus of mine and it should be your as well.

When we run across an issue or an obstacle we think about how we should face it! Do we  face it straight  on or do we do run from it? These are questions that not only people as individuals but business owners face as well.

The key think to all of this is having a positive attitude. When you have a positive attitude then you will always have an advantage over those that one have no idea what a positive attitude or know what having  one can accomplish but have no idea how to implement it. I have spoken to so many people  and asked them one one on the question.

What does it mean having a positive attitude? Guess what!!! we all know what it means but some people do not know what it would mean to have one all the time even when things are going rough. I have to admit to you that sometimes it can be difficult and sometimes we as humans are tested in ways that seems like the world was dropped on our shoulders!! I understand that but remember this!!

Individuals with positive mental attitudes are never found in a rut.

Individuals with a positive attitude are those who somehow always manage to find something new and interesting even in the most mundane tasks. They don’t allow themselves to be bored, because they are always seeking ways to do things faster, better, and more efficiently. If you make it a practice to find better ways to do the same old things, you will soon be marked for advancement. You will be supervising others who are performing your old job because you’ve proven that you are a person who can be counted on to take the initiative and do what needs to be done without being told.

When we want to be successful  we have to have a type of mindset that is unmovable. To be happy  and or successful takes a choice that we have to make.We have to take a real good look at ourselves and find what it would take to be either of the above!! We make the choice every year to start something new and we start with a bang but then a week or two later we slowly forget to finish I know you know what I'm talking about right RIGHT!!!

Wise Words  “The secret to productive goal setting is in establishing clearly defined goals, writing them down and then focusing on them several times a day with words, pictures and emotions as if we’ve already achieved them.” -Denis Waitley

Business can be an overwhelming venture for someone who has little or no experience, however sometimes those that no experience have success simply because they do not know the dark roads and thus they take risks. Sometimes we have to take risks and not always follow policies and procedures simply because sometimes policies and procedures are wrong and do not always work.

I am in no way saying not to follow policies and procedures because they are in place because they do work what I said was that they do not always work and must be changed r tweaked a bit.

Let us talk about why small businesses fail; The first and most common is that people do not take the time to do the research if there is a real need for the service or products they are offering.

This is one of the most common reasons why small business fail; people start businesses because they want to do a particular thing or love a particular product. What is all comes down to is what you love or what you want , it is what your customers want and need so the question is -Do you have the product or the service they are looking for Do your research!!!

Life,Circumstances and Consequences--Luciano Santini--SSDE

Hello everyone and how are we doing on this beautiful morning? I hope you are doing great and if not then lets turn it around!!

We are a self development company and you might be thing there a dime a dozen and guess what you would be 100 % correct but what makes us different you might ask.

Well sometimes you get companies that teach you what you can learn from a video or from a book but the difference is real experience. The type of experience that money cannot buy.

These types of experiences are the ones that one learns through mistakes and then trying again and not making them again. You see life can teach a person many things but what I find is that most people want to avoid the same mistakes but they continue making them over and over again and my question is why?

Well it is because most people do not know or understand who they are to begin with and simply because that circumstance they continue making the same mistakes in life. Example; Let us take a look at  someone who does not believe in who they are. They will know that they made a mistake and they will try to correct it however the ingredient that is missing here is the know how!! What does this mean?

Well simply to understand not only that you have made a mistake but to understand why it was made and not understood that it was wrong to begin with thus for people will continue making the same mistakes over and over.

Here is something to thing about:

The next time someone comes to you and says they're motivated to make money and will do anything, assign a project to them that demands thinking, memorizing and practicing. That way you'll find out what you've really got.

Hilton Johnson

I love this quote because it show so much in a person. Think about it for a bit. We all want to do better or not make mistakes and be motivated to accomplish our goals and this takes thinking memorizing and practicing do you have what it takes to do it!!!!--Luciano Santini

Desire

A burning desire to be and to do is the starting point from which the dreamer must take off. Dreams are not born of indifference, laziness, or lack of ambition.

It is a curious fact of nature that somehow our minds find a way to transform into physical reality the things we think about most. If you expect to fail, you can be sure that you will, and if you find something negative in every opportunity, nothing will ever work out positively for you.

I was explaining to a friend that one needs to be real careful when we think in a negative way because that is exactly what we will get in return not a good thing my friends.
I hope some of you who read this takes it to heart and put some of this into action for the future.

 BUSINESS
Let us talk about the affects a negative attitude has on a business

Negativity in the workplace takes on many forms including lying, slander, deceit, selfishness and pessimism. When a negative workplace is allowed to persist, it can begin to affect everyone in the company.

You need to learn to identify the effects of negativity in the workplace so that you can take the steps necessary to combat it if it crops up in your workplace.

This is what I do I am your solutions provider I will provide solutions to the issues your company is facing.

Think about this a persistent negative attitude in the workplace stifles creativity. When negativity takes over, people tend to stay with proven methods for fear that something new may not be effective.

A negative atmosphere counteracts the feeling of innovation that can help a company to create new products or develop more efficient ways of doing the work they are currently have. When the workplace becomes antagonistic in nature, people do not feel the need to share ideas with each other. New ideas are not circulated, and the company does not move forward.

This might sound simple right!! and yet it is a difficult task to manage.

Let me know your thoughts on this subject.Have a wonderful weekend.

Whatever comes to mind--Luciano Santini

Good morning and today sure is beautiful in the Santa Barbara area. Today is also small business day in our area so I might go spend some money today so lets all go out and help the small businesses explode!!. My friends today is also my sons 13th Birthday and well he makes me very proud smart and sometimes I forget he is only a kid. It feels as if it was just yesterday when I was sitting at the hospital waiting to hold him. Today's blog will not be about anything in particular in or on business just whatever comes to mind so enjoy.

Any way Happy-Birthday son. I love you

Inspiration comes from any where if but look for it. I get inspiration from my kids everyday. It is them that keep me going like the energizer bunny. People always ask me you look so young and yet you are an old man and I am like what did you just say friend!! What!!.

It is my boys that keep me going strong and I am sure they will continue until I can go no more but until then I will enjoy every day with them. Life is a funny thing let me tell you.
There will be times when you laugh and there will be many times when you will cry.

They say men should not cry well let me just say that is not true at all. I cried each time one of my kids were born because it put life in a different perspective. I always wonder about life and how long will life carry me and where will I be when they get older. I ask myself many questions each time and each time I have a different answer.

There are so many secrets to life some are given each day and some you just have to search for. Life can bring happiness each and every day or can bring so much sadness either way you have to be ready to react on each one of them. The funny thing is that as a father/mother you have to make so many choices regarding your kids each and every day and sometimes we make the wrong ones, I know I have made some pretty bad ones including insurance choices which I had to change real quickly whew!!

In today's time there are so many people out there who need our help within our United States and yet so many people look outside of the USA to help kids and people which by the way I believe it is a great thing if you can afford to do it by all means more power to those that can and bless them. The point that I am simply trying to make is that we have such a need to help here in the USA. There are so many people in need everywhere.

This Thanksgiving day last week was a special one for me for many reasons. I learned that the family where we get together at my wife's parents house and realized that the crowed that normally show up has dwindled down and I realized how thankful I am for my family.

Everything you create or acquire begins in the form of desire.

In order to act, you must have a purpose. If you want to act successfully in all but the most mundane affairs, you must embrace that purpose with a burning desire. Many people think they want to be successful, but since they do not back that thought with an intense drive, they never achieve success. Cultivate your desire. Feed it with thoughts of yourself enjoying whatever it is you seek. It’s like stoking the furnace of a steam engine. You need to build up enough pressure to carry yourself over hills; if your desire doesn’t burn hotly enough, you’ll find yourself stalled and rolling backwards. The secret to action is a red-hot desire.

What Is Leaderhip VS. Management--Luciano The Key Santini SSDE

Well hello my friends and here we are again with the exception that it is Sunday and not Saturday but I can explain. You see yesterday I had to drive for four hour to do a seminar on leadership in Los Angeles and well I had to leave pretty early but it was great. I spoke about leaders and what it takes to be a great leader.

A leader doesn't always need to be around. A leader doesn't need to micro-manage. A leader's role is much bigger, and their behavior should shape almost everything you do, even in their absence.  A good leader is of few words, but ones that matter.

"A genuine leader is not a searcher for consensus but a molder of consensus." - Martin Luther King, Jr.

At this seminar I was asked how would I manage people  if i was not in the office or site where I was to be managing them but was out sick. I explained that during these times your staff should know by now what your expectation are and what you expect from them whether you are there or not there.

You see people know when they are doing their job and when they are not. They may pretend not to know what they are doing or act as if they are confused regarding a procedure or a policy but the truth is that you must not be to consistent on what their expectations are and this is when staff runs a muck. here are some ideas that I studied in the past that taught me some great lessons on both management and leadership and what it means and how to implement the techniques.

Leaders carry out this process by applying their leadership knowledge and skills. This is called Process Leadership (Jago, 1982). However, we know that we have traits that can influence our actions. This is called Trait Leadership (Jago, 1982), in that it was once common to believe that leaders were born rather than made. These two leadership types are shown in the chart below (Northouse, 2007, p5):
 Trait and Process Leadership Models

Management verses Leadership

While management and leadership have a great deal in common, such as working with people and accomplishing the goals of the organization, they do differ in their primary functions (Kotter, 1990):
  • Management's main function is to produce order and consistency through such processes as planning, budgeting, organizing, staffing, and problem solving.
  •
  • While leadership's main function is to produce movement and constructive or adaptive change through such processes as establishing direction through visioning, aligning people, motivating, and inspiring.

Leader
You must have an awareness of who you are and what you can do. You must also be honest to yourself. You must also know that you must have a consistency on how you manage all your staff because they will be the ones to decide whether you are a good leader or a great leader.

If your staff does not have a trust in you as a leader the  they will not follow you or worst yet you will not be able to motivate them no matter what you do. One must have great communication skills because when one needs his or her staff to follow them or to get them to make a change one must be able to communicate exactly what one expects.

No one would talk much in society if they knew how often they misunderstood others. — Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe

Communicating with others involves three primary steps:
  • Thought: First, information exists in the mind of the sender. This can be a concept, idea, information, or feelings.
  • Encoding: Next, a message is sent to a receiver in words or other symbols.
  • Decoding: Lastly, the receiver translates the words or symbols into a concept or information that he or she can understand.

Communication is when there is a good flow of of information exchange from one person or persons to another or to others. To be an effective communicator one must make sure there is clarity and specificity. Many of the problems that occur in an organization are such as:

  • Because people do not know how to communicate instead they choose to pretend to understand.
  • Changes sometimes are not explained correctly and people end up confused and frustrated.

Business,Leadership And Emotional Intelligence--SantiniSelf Development Enterprises

Good afternoon today my friends. I was not feeling to well and well it was not easy trying to write early this morning but here I am writing to you and for you some pretty clear stuff and hopefully you can comment on it YAY!!! First I will start with some wisdom from one of my favorite mentors:

The world pins no medals on you because of what you know, but it may crown you with glory and riches for what you do.

Knowledge is an important component of success in any field. To accomplish anything worthwhile often requires years of study. But knowledge alone is not power; it becomes powerful only when it is applied through positive action.

Study after study of successful people reveals that they have a bias for action. They gather the appropriate facts, relate them to their knowledge about the subject, develop an implementation plan, and then get into action. When in doubt, it’s far better to act too soon rather than too late.

I must agree with with what is mentioned above because it is so true in regards to knowledge
Knowledge is an important component of success in any field. To accomplish anything worthwhile often requires years of study. But knowledge alone is not power; it becomes powerful only when it is applied through positive action.

While doing my radio on segments on small business and how to compete with the larger companies gave me a sense of not just helping small business but helping a large amount of different types of businesses and of course I love getting the call with so many questions.

There is one other thing which I believe to be so true in any organization and that is capacity training. There should always be some training with value for the employee where they can actually use and implement not only at work but in their private lives.

TO YOU MY READERS TELL ME BY SENDING ME COMMENTS WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR BIGGEST CHALLENGE IN YOUR BUSINESS AND I WILL ANSWER THE  MOST DIFFICULT ONES.

When one tries to manage to different organization and try to build capacity for both at the same time well here is what happens;

While many talk about or play at collaboration, there are a few that have made it. Collaboration to expand its own capacity—along with the capacity of its partners plays a big part because both must agree on the end result which can be from better servicing the clients that come in the door or serving each other better within the organization.

Collaboration; relationships include sharing staff and back office services, doing joint promotion programs that provide better service and a better understanding and creating a new cultural.  What about value?

One must create value to recognizes that each employee has its own unique set of values and we need to manage in such a way that we create value for each individual without destroying value to another individual because they have a different culture.

I have found when I do training and coaching with small businesses that they tend to know everything and hey! they should know it all after all it is their business and who understands it better they do.

Well not exactly- you see when an owner gets or become bogged down with daily routines and afraid to turn the reigns over to someone else they get stuck in just that a daily routine and forgetting about things that are important not just to his employees but his clients and that is listening to both sides. When you listen to bot sides you learn things you would have never heard or perhaps not realized were happening right under your nose!!.

Find Your Passion And Desires And Reach Your Goals-Luciano Santini

Hello and good morning to all my friends and followers who read my postings.

Examine most carefully the things you desire most.

Far too many people spend more time planning their weekends than their lives. Then they suddenly realize that life has passed them by and they weren’t even aware it was happening. When you intently study what you most desire in life, you begin to focus your mind and concentrate your energy upon that which you wish to achieve.

One of the great advantages of having a definite goal for your life is that it helps you prioritize your activities. When your major purpose is clear in your mind, it is unnecessary to analyze each individual situation.

You know automatically whether your actions will move you toward your goal or away from it. You can then use all of your resources — time, money, and energy — to best advantage.

I have to tell you my friend that challenges come in all colors and all sizes don't they? And business is no different.

What happens when your customers stop buying from you?
Let us see, I believe most customers stop buying from anyone or stop coming in simply because someone never showed them value!!! or they showed no love towards them meaning no incentives no caring while in your business establishment.

How do we do that!! Yes there are many theories but the truth is that there are actual techniques and trainings and that is where a great coach comes in with real life experience. One that can think outside the box and perhaps streamline processes to save you money and time.

What happens when your employees stop working hard for you?

They stop caring for your customers which is the number one reason to keep them happy. The real question here is why do they stop? Well the main reason is because they have no stability in their positions and you do not show that you care about them because you are to busy trying to figure out how to survive. In so many organizations owners and managers alike pretend to care for their employees when in fact they could care less.

What happens when your  website is not visited anymore?
Believe or not it is all the same because you never show value to your clients.

Please follow this link and check out this video:

A favorite quote to think about and what it means.
"I learned this, at least, by my experiment: that if one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours." - Henry David Thoreau

I have been faced with many of those situations and times and each time you think you are prepared and yet I found myself never ever prepared. why is that? One reason could be that it is because in your mind you feel prepared and when it happens whatever the situation may be you find that you had no idea it would feel so bad.

What is pain and suffering? A question that I am sure we would all define differently. I will ask my readers and followers to give me some ideas and suggestions. I know I can look some up on Google and find some but what I want is real words real feelings from people that have gone through a hardship or the loss of a loved one that can bring some happiness to those that loose a loved one.

My friends let me know send me some comments on your thoughts and your memories and how you beat these challenges tho difficult. I look forward to reading them from you.

All Over The Place Blog But Fun -Santini Self Development Enterprises-Luciano The Key Santini

Good afternoon everyone and thank you for taking the time to read my blog. Today was a changing day in my life. I saw my baby girl graduate from college with her B. A. in Business and Science and well I stared at her and though about the day she came home from the hospital and I was able to hold her in one arm and now look at her. she is a beautiful woman now and I was just like wow I have a grown up woman as my daughter.

As she walked across to receive her Degree I remember the day she graduated from first grade and I was so proud of her and each year after that she made me proud and now I was really proud of my baby girl. The years have gone by so quickly and yes I do realize time however time will slip away on a daily basis if we do not take the time to be aware of it.

The definition of time management:

Time management is the act or process of planning and exercising conscious control over the amount of time spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency or productivity. Time management may be aided by a range of skills, tools, and techniques used to manage time when accomplishing specific tasks, projects and goals complying with a due date. This set encompasses a wide scope of activities, and these include planning, allocating, setting goals, delegation, analysis of time spent, monitoring, organizing, scheduling, and prioritizing.

Initially, time management referred to just business or work activities, but eventually the term broadened to include personal activities as well. A time management system is a designed combination of processes, tools, techniques, and methods. Usually time management is a necessity in any project development as it determines the project completion time and scope.

 Concentration

You cannot succeed in life by scattering your forces and trying to do a dozen things at the same time.

The major themes arising from the literature on time management include the following:
  • Creating an environment conducive to effectiveness
  • Setting of priorities
  • Carrying out activity around those priorities
  • The related process of reduction of time spent on non-priorities
Business and time management wow this  is a hit and miss for most managers and corporations because they simply do not understand time management or know how to train their staff how to time management and how it works.

Do you need a business coach that can do this for you and assist you with techniques that work of course you do and do not pretend you know how to do it already because Franky mt friends you need to be honest with yourself first and the your coach whether it is me or not be fair to us coaches. I say the latter because sometimes business owners believe that we are miracle workers and we are not!!! We will come in and teach you well some of us will teach you what you need to learn from a different point of perspective then what you the business owner have been seeing things from hello!!.

Sometimes we believe we know all there is about management and training our staff and how we converse and convey information to either our staff or more importantly our customers.

I love this techniques because most manager believe that they need a response to every dam email they send out immediately and when they do receive it well they get pissed off and the people then they get to sending more emails on why they have not responded and i laugh because I get them as well LOL.

First, this one rule could change your ability to manage your time more than anything else, which is why it's first: If you are a slave to your email responding, and particularly if your pc is set up to notify you immediately upon the receipt of any incoming email, then I urge you to make this simple change - it will dramatically improve your control over your time.

Turn off the pop-up or noise which notifies you that you have mail. For many people this the single biggest obstacle to successful time management. Establish a new habit of checking your email at certain times in the day, when it is sensible for you and the business to do so - say, first when you arrive at your desk or start work, second just before lunch, third around an hour before normal business closes.

I urge you all so called bosses out there to read this over and over;
People are a fundamental component within any successfully developing organization. Take away the people and the organization is nothing. Take away the people's motivation, commitment and ability to work together in well-organized teams, and again, the organization is nothing.

Conversely, inspire the people to work well, creatively, productively, and the organization can fly. Logically therefore, the development and proper utilization of people are vital to the success of all quality management initiatives.

How to make a change that would change the way a business does a process better then before:

Many work processes are developed  and stay that way for many many years and never change and thus become the standard on how to do that process and find out down the line that in order to progress and move with the changes processes need to change to benefit the organization.

This can be very challenging for the new innovative manager because the old timers will resist and they will make life difficult.

I cannot stress enough to any business owner or manager that the major objective of creating a plan or any plan is effective management communication before starting any integration or streamlining.

First let me define what streamlining is:
To improve the efficiency of a process, business or organization by simplifying or eliminating unnecessary steps, using modernizing techniques, or taking other approaches.

"In Life And In Business You Must Be Awake to The Changes That Come Each Day And Realize That Change Is Inevitable" Santini Self Development Enterprises -Luciano The Key Santini

"In Life And In Business You Must Be Awake to The Changes That Come Each Day And Realize That Change Is Inevitable" Santini Self Development Enterprises -Luciano The Key Santini

Good morning everyone and as always let us start with a little motivation and then on to business YAY!!

People are always giving you feedback that is genuine, although at times it might be hard for you to believe at times these people are not just praising you for their health, they really mean it! Have faith in yourself and understand that you're capable of amazing things. The worst mistake you can make at any point is to limit yourself. This applies to new relationships, career challenges and even business opportunities. Act on your ideas and climb out of your shell. You see many times we get all caught up in our daily routines and then we begin to be comfortable and then guess what happens!! We get stuck!! and remain there until someone screams real loud in our face and make us feel like well you fill in the rest of the sentence___________.

Ok now to business, I find that we as small business owners tend to think that we are the only ones that can operate our companies thus we tend to take care of the big picture or we seem to think that is what we do LOL yes I am laughing because the truth of the matter is that sometimes the employees we have can actually do a better job then we may be doing.

Here is where I can be of assistance to you the small business owner. Here is where I can assist you in finding that person within your company that perhaps you never thought about other then a simple employee who comes in daily and works for you. That one person may be be able to move your company up the ladder in the community.

Let us talk about the fears as business owner that we may fear and what happens when we find ourselves trying to overcome some of the fears that may become freezers for yourselves and for our businesses. When we find ourselves afraid of making a move we may sometimes end up sabotaging our business.

We may find ourselves do what we think is safe instead of what could have been the right thing to do. We may be known in the community and in the business world as being always predictable instead of taking calculated risks. You might join groups instead of starting one yourself. You may never take action but wait for someone to guide you and or get you started. When something or a new idea comes your way you may make excuses to take a dive into it and never take action.

You might tend to think in failures instead of progress which will hinder you and your business. The most important may be the following one: Blame others for any failures in our business and never take responsibility for your own actions OOOOPPPPSS that is a big one.

What about media? an interesting article I found by By on March 19, 2013

In business, social media is becoming a lot like email. Every company has it. In an Altimeter Group survey of 700 executives and social strategists fielded in late 2012, we found that 100 percent of participating enterprise organizations run to varying extents an active social media strategy. But unlike email, organizations haven’t mastered how to effectively communicate through the likes of Facebook or the tweets of Twitter.

What are you doing to market your business or yourself if an individual trying to get noticed and recognized
in the business world?

But unlike email, organizations haven’t mastered how to effectively communicate through the likes of Facebook or the tweets of Twitter.
Over the last several years, businesses have increased the pace of adopting social media strategies for use in marketing, service and other related capacities. What’s becoming very clear however is that adopting social media and understanding its impact on customer and employee relationships and also the bottom line are not always linked.

This disconnect between social media strategies and business value is forcing many executives to rethink their overall approach and the infrastructure they built to support it. The result of this reflective process is motivating organizations to transform everyday social media initiatives into deeper social business strategies.

I can tell you as a business and executive coach that we need to stay on top of the technology that is constantly revealing itself daily and if we do not then we stay behind more and more until no one knows who we are.

A quote from my mentor: Napoleon Hill

The keenest minds are the ones that have been whetted by practical experience.
Theoretical knowledge without practical experience might be compared to a large mass of undirected energy. Until it is focused, it is difficult to direct the energy to a useful end. Practical experience is the lens through which the energy of knowledge may be focused and directed toward activities that will provide the greatest benefit.

When you learn new concepts or have an idea that has not yet been tested, make it a practice to think through its application carefully before implementation. When you have considered the possibilities, and it still seems to be a good idea — get into action. The only way to get practical experience is to get to work executing your idea.

To Live A Full Life One Must Be Willing To Adapt To The Changes That Come So When Challenges Arrive We Are Ready To Conquer Them One At A Time"-- Santini Self-Development Enterprises

"To Live A Full Life One Must Be Willing To Adapt To The Changes That Come So When Challenges Arrive We Are Ready To Conquer Them One At A Time"--Luciano The Key Santini

Farmers know that fields have to lie fallow or nothing planted in them will bloom. The same principle applies to your life. If you've been working far too many hours, it's time to find a way to relax truly so that you, too, can grow during the appropriate season. So don't fret too much if you're feeling a little low energy. Get more sleep. Eat nourishing foods, and you'll bounce back more vigorous than ever.

Change is all around us not just in our daily loves but at work within out circle of friends and our relationships. Change will always be in the way so what do you do you ask! Well you can resist and die!!! or you change and adapt and live a bountiful life it is your choice my friends.

Sometime we do not see the change that is needed to survive until it is to late and then we cry and moan and feel pity for ourselves BOO HOO fight back and make the change you need to make and truly enjoy your life family and friends. We look outside of ourselves and make judgements on others and oops we forget to look at ourselves. Sometimes we are our own worst enemy because we tent to avoid the issues that really need to be looked at our own.

You see sometimes we look outside of ourselves only and we only see the outside of others. We need to take the time and talk open our mouths and say something to that neighbor or person who has been sitting in the next cubicle and perhaps maybe they might just teach us a lesson or two about life.

Business well I love to train and teach business owners and their staff regarding the visions and missions regarding their business. I find that the only person who somewhat understand the above is the owners and no one else. Why is that? simple really it is because they never take the time to explain it, they simply hire and fire. My friends and business owners life is about how you run your business and human behavior. We must understand human behavior simply put (What may work for you may be offensive to me) and visa versa.

One of my passions is to get people to see what they do not see or do not understand and then how to reach their potential from within and to learn who they are and who they would like to transform into. Business is the same look at your business and see what you do not see and understand what you do nit understand to have a better understanding of both business and staff.

One of my favorite author ,mentor and teacher Napoleon Hill of who I have studied for the last 14 years once said:

Napoleon Hill said, "Every adversity, every failure, every heartache carries with it the seed of equal or greater benefit."
Here is the key, we have the opportunity to turn failure into success, to turn adversity into lessons learned, challenges into resolve, but it's up to us to see the vision of possibility and have the faith and resolve to get back up and keep moving toward our goals. And when we do that it is guaranteed that we will have something of great benefit to share with others.

This word is a made up word from the 1960′s children’s
movie Mary Poppins.
Dictionary.com defines SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIDOCIOUS
this way: “a nonsense word meaning fantastic.”

On Management and Communication
I believe that most managers fight their on insecurities with themselves and thus do a crappy job with their peers and staff members why is that? The simple fact that when this happens the staff members pay the price! They the managers are never available to their staff but instead hide behind their position
(Anyone ever deal with that type of manager??)

If you have please leave me some comments and examples would love to use them. The or most should remember that efficient communication is extremely important in any organization!!.

What is passion? I ask my clients this one question all the time. What I get for answers are not what I was hoping but it is a start.

Passion is a quality that you must have or fine within yourself. This is what will make you reach your goals in life. This is what bring life into our dull lives at times when we are feeling down and depressed. This is what brings us to a point of no return!! This is what will make us smile and bring joy to all those around us so if you do not know what your passion is then sit relax grab yourself a cup of strong coffee or mellow tea and figure it it out.

Sometimes we know what we do wrong but either afraid to admitted to anyone and never to ourselves and you see my friends that is where the major issue lies within ourselves. We know that life is not always fair and not always do we get what we want and our expectations usually never come out as expected why is that?

Well for starters that is life and life my friend is a roller coaster. Yes it is. Sometimes we need to sit back and realize that our lives are not perfect and never will be, however we can really try to make things and situations as easy as possible for ourselves and stop believing that will be perfect because if we do move in our lives daily weekly yearly or whatever we are in for a big disappointment.

We have to take a look at who we are and who we want to become and start being practical and so much idealistic because this will  make our life pretty difficult. Sometimes we want to have the best job and though you know your ideas work better then what they may be offering to you as an employee you may want to stop pushing against their ideas and work harder to prove that your are better just need to be patient.

This is a way to create a better perspective about where you are and where you may be headed. Be positive and Bremen that each day you have the choice to have a great day or a bad day my friends it is your choice your choice because you always have a choice always!!!

Here is something I found on the Internet which seems interesting:

By  Tricia L. Nadolny

Two former state employees have claimed in a lawsuit they were bullied by a supervisor after reporting that she regularly took paid two-hour lunch breaks. Sandra Miner of Pittsfield and Carla Haase of Concord say they complained about the abuse to officials at the state’s Department of Health and Human Services, but nothing was done.

The harassment – which they describe as being carried out by their supervisor Lisa Derepentigny as well as a “clique” in the office – was so intense that both women suffered severe emotional distress and took early retirement, they claim in a lawsuit filed at Merrimack County Superior Court.
A department spokeswoman and Derepentigny both declined to comment. The lawyer handling the suit at the attorney general’s office did not return a message left yesterday.
