I think about this kind of thing on a daily basis due to where I come from and what I had to go through to life to be able to accomplish the things that I have been able to accomplish. I will be able to speak on my own accomplishments and how I was able to beat out all those who wished me ill in my life.

You see we all seem to play the blame game with everyone else but ourselves because it is so much easier to point the finger at someone else for our faults because that way we can somehow justify what we have done to ourselves.

The time will come when one must begin to look into ourselves as individuals and begin to realize that we to have faults and need to start taking responsibility for all that we do. Many times we see what we see but never what everyone else sees in us or about us.

Business is the reason I was able to get into my field of motivational speaking and business coaching, You see my friends the first thing you need to do is to believe in yourself. There will be times when one comes to the end of their rope and then what does one do give up or come up with a solution to the problem one is facing at that time.
In business it becomes the same thing how ever in business it becomes a thing of what you want as a business owner. How many times do we think we hired all the right people for the right positions and then a few months later find that they were the worst choice we could have made but guess what it is a bit late now is it not.
The thing to do is to either get someone to come in and help you find the right people for the right positions or hire an agency where the people are ready to start work simply because they have been screened and will do a good job for you or for any company.
