Here we are again today is Wednesday (Hump Day). Do not ask because I have no idea what or why people call Wednesdays Hump Day LOL!!. Today was one of those day where the day was just to long and then when you thought the day was going to get a bit better here!! comes the one person that looks at you and begins to ruin your day!! Common now I know you have had those days because I had one today or It could have had the worst day but guess what!!

I chose to let this person get their frustrations out on me and then I asked are you done? in a very calming way. They went on to get upset but guess what my friends it was not my fault and usually is not your either when some takes it out on you. Here is the opportunity for you to realize just how in control you are of your thinking and of your self.

I chose to just listen and then ask my questions such is why are you yelling at me? Did I offend you in any way? Did I do anything to harm you? Of course all the answers were NO. I then asked what can I do to serve you? The answer were now different and with a smile simply because I chose to control my anger and my thoughts at that moment.

You see you have to be able to control your thoughts and feelings because if you let your thoughts and anger control you guess what will happen terrible things and you do not want to be there. You see my friends most people and it could be you that will loose control of your feelings and let your thoughts control you instead of you controlling them.

When you control your thoughts and you are in full control and the outcome will always be better.

As a business coach What I try to do is to help the business owner reach their potential and find options to either better training or find options. I have learned not just from training but from actual in the field hands on teaching and training both large and small companies reach their potential and find options to the point that at the end they end up with results not just empty promises.
