Good morning everyone and I have to talk about bosses and what they do when they cannot face problematic employees and instead they hide behind their positions and let the employee run wild causing chaos and they turn the other way and pretend it does not happen and ignore the real issue which is their own fears on facing conflict.
Companies that let poor performance continue will upset the entire office or company. This type of behavior will push good employees away and will eventually stop doing a great job and will hurt clients.Top employees will leave or ask to be moved to another department to work under another supervisor that can actually do their job.
The solution: You set a time to meed with the individual and bring up the issue which can be poor performance or whatever the issue might be. As a boss you must approach them with a calm attitude and a smile. The boss must bring a solution and stick with it and not change it during the conversation. One or two thing will happen they will improve or move on to better things and leave the company..
Most managers instead hide behind their position's because they have no idea what they are doing or how to do it. They will also use others to get ahead and climb the corporate ladder making false promises to the people that can probably do a better job in the position they hold.

Hove you ever held a grudge? I am sure you have we all have and those that tell you they never have well they must be special. But let us assume that you have or you know a friend that does. What can this type of behavior do to your well being and psyche? Well this will continue to make your mind wonder how to get even with him/her or them which in turn into negativity.
I do not about you but for me personally I found that when you carry a grudge for anyone it will eat at you inside and your mind becomes very cloudy and can hinder your way of thinking and the way you look at your future and as a person.
You will waste important space in your mind and in your heart. Get it out of mind and out of sight and this will allow you to receive the wants you have been waiting for. You must allow the positive become your sword toward victory for life and your heart.Let it go let leave your mind and live a much better life and give your positive energy that you create to those you love and care about.

Integration is the final stage of coming together of parts into which a whole is divided.
Integration is the joint functioning of all the parts of a whole for the highest possible efficiency.
What does this mean to you as a small business or a large business let us see.
If you have strong leaders they must focus on bringing as many employees to believe in the mission of your company and make everyone achieve their capabilities as an organization and not as an individual.
It will be an effort since so many will resist. Managers and employees alike must become flexible to the changes in technology and so many will resist the change and thus for changes must be made possible by management either in management itself or employees. The changes that will take place as slow as they may be are to give your customers what they need and want.
What most manager fail in understanding is that by creating an integration process and putting in into play it will improve both employee and customer relations.Most businesses small or large for profit or non-profit face similar issues and challenges such as cost cutting, running business more efficiently and of course the big one limited resources.
The main thing that needs to happen is to have an establishes channel of communication between management and employees and get a better understanding of how the organization works as a whole and how it can improve if all believe and understand the need for integration.

Self -Esteem is one of those nagging issues that really never ever goes a way. We can say to ourselves and lie to ourselves that we do not have a self-esteem issue but the truth is we do. Ye s do not misunderstand me some individuals have it worse than others no doubt about that. So i guess the big question is what do we do about it huh?.
Well for one we need to have a better perception of what and how we look and think of ourselves that is number one. Guess what we can search for all the help we want and perhaps we might get some short term help but then what back to square one. My friends it is all in your mind and how you look at the world around you and how you perceive the world and others.
You must have a strong mind and a strong sense of belief about who you are or who you want to become. Read some books dream about the life you want and well go after it and do not let others try to stop because if you allow the negativity to enter your mind then you have been defeated!!.
You live in the now not the past, You must believe that you are a true champion and that you will win that prize you have been so long awaiting for.
Good morning my friends; Here we are on a beautiful Saturday and looking outside and the sun looks beautiful across the sky. Here we are and today we will talk about business.
Do you know when your business fails or is failing of course you do because you can see it failing before your eyes but what do you do at this point or when it is happening?
How about when your business is a success of course you know because again you see it before your eyes and the amount of customers.
How about when your business falls in between the failure and the success? Does this make you happy that you have a fail\success business and what does this mean. It is called the trap of the halfway mark meaning that you are in the middle of failure or success. The key is to never get stuck in the halfway trap mark.
The key to this is to never give up and never take what you think is the best for your business. What you do is to never quit but to go after what you feel deserve.
Now to the good stuff; Most business owners begin to fail more so when they start to see their business failing or when there is no customers coming in to the establishment. You see and must understand that most business owners if they are caught between the trap they will simply adapt to the changes and stay stuck and live below their expectations to live and meet their business under performance.
How do get out of the trap;
First you need to be able to understand and see the trap when you start to get there. Second listen to both internal and external clients. You need to get rid of the internal clients that may be hurting business. I always train my client that when there is an issue and you know who or where the issue is then try to take care of it but if all fails then you must let the issue go and get rid of that problem.
You see you have to remember your original dreams and stop listening to the average business owners who tell you and try to explain to you regarding the economy because they are stuck in the trap and have adapted to their under performance-NOT YOU!!! because you will not stay stuck and you will remember your dream about your business and why you started it in the first place which was to be successful!!

Good morning to all my friends. How are we doing this wonderful Thursday morning. I went outside and WOW it was freezing. OK it was a bit cold and not freezing. Now lets talk a bit about your old habits:
Sure, your old habits are nice and comfortable, but they are old you need to make some changes and perhaps make that changes quick before they settle into your blood system and you are stuck.
Today you should make a small change in your routine and see what happens. make a small turn on your way top work that you would normally not do. Go to a different store for your groceries that normally you would not go to. In other words my friends make the changes that are needed to make a new habit-just do it today try it go for it and stop procrastinating.
Criticism I dislike that word why? Simple really because people are quick to make judgements on others and never take a look within themselves because if they did WOO-HOO would they make some great and awesome discoveries about the type of people they really are and then they would read the top section of this blog and make some changes. Good morning my friends and how are we doing this wonderful Sunday
morning. As for me well I believe I am going to sit outside and watch
the sunrise today. I believe this is one the gifts of the universe that
you must do once in a while and enjoy. Every time that I do this it
reminds me of my place in the world.
What do I mean by that well let me
explain: You see once you realize that you are a part of the universe
and that the world indeed does revolve around you get a better hold of
who you are and what you want and where you want to be.
It took me a few times of doing this to realize that I could have anything that my heart desires.
Yes of course it takes times and meeting the right people but what it
really takes is simple really because all you have to do is ask specific
questions to the universe and the answers will come and perhaps if you
ask correctly what you want will also show up. Watching the sunrise is an incredible sight.
In Business well all I can say today is the following article I found from Napoleon Hill which really states such an important aspect of life:

I really do agree with the above statements because it so true, but what I find is that people in general are always competing which is OK to do in a contest but when people are doing out of spite or because they believe that they will get ahead by stepping on people is the wrong way to get ahead.
I always tell individuals that if they want to move ahead of the crowed you must start by doing your job the best that you can and give it all you can and learn from someone as well as teach what you know and share your knowledge as well as helping others and the promotions will come.

Good morning and hello my friends and how are we doing this beautiful Saturday morning. I was thinking to day about talking about a new way to search out in your mind who you are and where you want to be. I find that most people when I coach them either on life or just a career change they always want the change to happen instantly.
I understand people want the changes in a career to happen immediately but the truth is that to make a career change it takes time and planning and much focus because there are so many piece to that puzzle that needs to take place.
Here is an example of what I mean: Let us say that you want to go out start a new job search and you feel that you have what it takes for this new position you are searching for. You start going to companies that you have targeted and you find that they are hiring but they are not hiring you. What happens after a while is that you begin to have doubts about who you are as a person and that is one thing you need to avoid at all times.
You need to stay positive at all times though sometimes that can be challenging for us as human beings and that is OK because that is part of life and we need to have that understanding from the get go. Then you need to realize that you do have the talent and the skills for that position you have been applying for.
Then why is it that you are not hired!! Well take a look at yourself and figure out what you are doing and be aware of what is happening when you enter the interviewing process. Be aware of your body language and be aware of certain questions you might be asking prior to the hiring manager asking.
What you do is to wait for the questions and makes sure you understand the question totally and answer it accordingly.
What you need to remember and must be aware is about who you are and what are you trying to convey during the interview. You must convey the skills specifically to the position you are applying for. Then comes the end question: Do you have any questions for me or for us if it is a panel? I find that most people become afraid to ask questions because they want the job and so they answer with a big NO! NONE.
What just happened? Well what happened is that you just bombed the interview because you showed no interest in the company, you are simply hoping for a job. So be aware of interview questions and do your diligent research on both the company and yourself and good luck on your next interview my friends and if you need any assistance let me know I am here to bring you solutions to your problems and situations.
