Luciano The Key Santini On Understanding Your Customers

Decisions are a way of defining ourselves. There comes a time in life when there is nothing else to do but go your own way.

--Sergio Bambaren

Lifetime clients are those who come back again and again because they love what you have to offer and you’ve listened to their needs — throughout their entire lifetime. Whether it’s their entire human lifetime, the lifetime of their business, the lifetime of their career, or the lifetime of their goals, there are many ways you can help repeatedly.

How do you do that well get assistance from a business coach or take a class in your industry.

Today we will be talking strictly about business and perhaps a bit on life coaching you see I have found that most small business owners believe what they believe and understand because they think they understand what they believe to be true and in all actuality they are failing in their own mind.

I have found that when you as a business owner believes you know all there is about your business you are really setting yourself for failure.

You must have an understanding of your business but always learning about your business and when you stop learning say about your competition or your geographical area or what type of customers you have then you are not only failing your customers which are the blood of your business but you are failing yourself as a person and a part of the community.

The other thing that I have noticed is that business owners are afraid to spend money on their business. I can truly understand if you do not have a need then is absolutely fine and great but if there is a need to help out or get a better understanding of your staff, customers or your self on how you are operating your business then ask for help bring someone to assist you.

Here are some important readings from a book--The Art of Choosing by Sheena Iyengar but summarized by

People like to feel they are unique and not “just like everyone else.” This, of course, isn’t true: as human beings, we’re more alike in our buying behavior than we realize. However, customers want to appear as if they each, individually, make unique buying decisions different from their peers.

For instance, if two people would normally choose the same meal at a restaurant, studies show that when one person gives her order, the second person will change her order so that she doesn’t appear to be a copycat.

As a business owner you need to know how your customers act and why they come into your establishment. Many time we fail because we simply do not pay attention to their needs. I find that when you do not pay attention to your customers eventually they will see right through you as a business owner that of a money grabber oops did I hurt someone's feelings oh well!! you need to make sure you understand this.--Luciano Santini

Another sample of this great book--The Art of Choosing by Sheena Iyengar

People do take marketing puffery seriously, even though logically they shouldn’t. They’ll buy bottled water that they know, intellectually, comes from municipal tap water that’s been created via reverse osmosis.

They buy into claims that the water is especially refreshing (all water is refreshing) or that it’s bottled at the source (in this case, the “source” is municipal water) or that it’s “expertly designed water” (does it need any further design than the original H2O formula we’ve been using for so long?? Apparently, yes.). That’s why Dasani’s website focuses not on the water, but on the bottle the water comes in: 30% plant material, 100% recyclable.

What does this mean well it means that just because your customers come int o buy from you you need to figure out what you are going to focus on strongly upon so you can better understand them.--Luciano Santini

Another sample of this great book--The Art of Choosing by Sheena Iyengar

Even a small amount of choice brings a sense of well-being. Several studies showed that when participants were given a choice versus being told what to do, those who were given a choice (even the smallest, simplest of choices, like which night to watch a movie), made people feel better about the situation.

What does this mean to you and your business? It means that your business will be busier and get more customers to come in because they have choices and if you do not understand this concept then stop wondering why your business is slowing down even more in this economy. --Luciano Santini

Luciano Santini The Motivation Key on Life And Business

Good morning my friends around the world, how are we doing today?
Yes this is how I was feeling towards the end of Friday. it was one of those weeks and I know you know what I am talking about. A week that you just want it to end as soon as possible.

join me this morning on my inetrnet live show where I willl be speaking of effective communication.

Broadcasting LIVE on Justin.tv www.justin.tv

"In A world Of Monkey Buisiness And Chaos We Just Need To Raise Our Fists And Take On The World"--Luciano Santini

Yes even for a motivational speaker and a positive person 99.9 % of the time sometimes life can beat you down a bit. I never let it take over my thoughts and my mind but yes sometimes it can and it does get difficult so what do you do?

Well for starters I simply look forward to a nice weekend with family and kids. I believe when you look forward with a positive attitude things can change in your mind making tough situations a bit easier to handle. You see when things begin to get sticky you just have to look into the future a bit and ask your self a question.

What can I do right now at this moment to make it better?
Then you just start breaking down the issues you might be facing at that moment and start fillling in the blanks of despair.

 In The business World Today

I always tell business owners that sometimes by trying to save a few dollars here and there they will end closing their doors and yet they do not understand that concept. What I have figured out one of the reasons is becaus ethey feel that no one should know their business and so they never ask for help from an expert.

I know sometimes they feel that you as te expert in whatever discipline, that may be intrusive to them. When you rae trying to simply let them know their situation they look at you as if you have no idea what you are talking about and so you walk away and say thank you. However six months from that point yu find that they have closed their doors. MMMMMM maybe it is ok to ask for help.

Luciano speaking on business strategies

My point of view on business and my personal approach is the following: I know nothing about your business or who you are until you tell me your issues and your needs.

The Motivtaion Key Luciano Santini On Fathers Day

Hello to all my friends around the world and well it is a beautiful Sunday which I wil spend with my beautiful children. Just wanted to share a few facts about Fathers Day here in the good old USA;

Please go to this link and check out the (The Motivation Key Live Show Replay) It Will only be available for another day. Then go to Face book and like it and friend me.

I had this painting of one of my sons done because he has proven to be a model of a child he is eleven years old and well to make a long story short he has shown not only responsibility but also inspiration to all those around him but most of all me.

I had seen him struggle for a bit in school but with the right inspiration and the right techniques to believe in himself well he turned out to be one of the Honor Roll students in his school and to me well it was very inspirational thus the painting.

I must mention my other two sons as well a bit younger but outstanding boys and as you can tell I am very proud of them. My beautiful daughter also extremely encouraging to the boys.

Yes I am a proud daddy and yes they will always be my little ones no matter how big or old they get.

"To Be A Child Is To See The World From a Point Of View That Has Never Been Seen Before"--Luciano Santini

 Fathers Day:
Father's Day: Controversy and Commercialism

During the 1920s and 1930s, a movement arose to scrap Mother’s Day and Father’s Day altogether in favor of a single holiday, Parents’ Day. Every year on Mother’s Day, pro-Parents’ Day groups rallied in New York City’s Central Park--a public reminder, said Parents’ Day activist and radio performer Robert Spere, “that both parents should be loved and respected together.”
Paradoxically, however, the Depression derailed this effort to combine and de-commercialize the holidays. Struggling retailers and advertisers redoubled their efforts to make Father’s Day a “second Christmas” for men, promoting goods such as neckties, hats, socks, pipes and tobacco, golf clubs and other sporting goods, and greeting cards.
When World War II began, advertisers began to argue that celebrating Father’s Day was a way to honor American troops and support the war effort. By the end of the war, Father’s Day may not have been a federal holiday, but it was a national institution.

In 1972, in the middle of a hard-fought presidential re-election campaign, Richard Nixon signed a proclamation making Father’s Day a federal holiday at last.  Today, economists estimate that Americans spend more than $1 billion each year on Father’s Day gifts.

Life Will Bring Us What We Want Because We Ask For It And Go Into Action To Achieve those Goals Nothing Will Come Unless There Is Action"--Luciano Santin

Good morning friends and how are we doing this beautiful Saturday morning? As for me well it is always a good day. Today I will be doing my internet live show which I reccomment to you. Tune in and check it out it might just be what you need to get your day started!!

http://www.justin.tv/inreeltime

"Life Will Bring Us What We Want Because We Ask For It And Go Into Action To Achieve those Goals Nothing Will Come Unless There Is Action"--Luciano Santini

I am a true believer that unless action is taken to achieve a small or large goal it will never happen.I lalso believe that when there are troubles in life they are there becuase we attracted those issues though we might not understand that.

You see friends every issue that we may face is because we did something to attract it to us.

As insane as that might seem it is not it is simply that we do not understand ourselves. The other issue that we will face is self motivation. How do we do that!! Do you realize that is the most difficult task a human being willl face in their life.

What is worse is fear of not attaining our goals in life and what I tell people is that if we fear then we are beaten because fear will hold us back and keep us there in a way that could drown us.

In business and in life it is all about your attitude towards either life and your business whatever that might be or whatever it is you are trying to achieve.

I found the next article on attitude which makes so much sense I love this kind of stuff
Here is the link to read other great stuff from this blog.

http://www.atlanticcanadabusinessblog.com/index.php/2007/02/10/marketing/do-you-have-a-positioning-statement/

It’s your choice
No matter where you start in business (or in life) your attitude will determine how high you will rise. But let’s make sure we are on the same page about what attitude is: “It is a mental state involving beliefs, feelings, values and dispositions to act in certain ways”. In other words, attitude is one’s feeling towards things, circumstances or people.

It follows that a positive attitude will help you succeed while a negative attitude will derail your success. Attitude is not something we are born with; it is something we have a choice about. We decide each and every second on how we choose to react to things around us. Attitude is your positioning statement about life, about work; in fact everything we do in life.

Luciano The Key Santini On Procrastination and FEAR

Hello my friends and how are you doing this fine Sunday morning? It has been a while since I posted anything on my blog but it has been a really busy with my live internet show ( The Motivation Key Live Show) Here is a recorded show for you to listen to.

Go to this link and then you can listen in http://justin.tv/inreeltime/b/320134826--Join me on Facebook and then go to events and join my show every Saturday and perhaps you can call in as well and speak for a few inutes on the subject.
I speak about procrastination and our fears. I believe that when we procrastinate we hinder our lives because we get nothing done when we should. The worst part of procrastination is that we know what and when we need to do some task but we do not do it and we leave it for another and another day and then it is no longer important and the we just forget about it.

Here is something from Naloleon Hill

Most of us don’t mind being told of our faults if the critic is generous enough to mix in a few of our virtues as well. It’s a normal reaction to defend ourselves and our behavior when someone criticizes us — even if we secretly recognize that what we’re being told is correct. Those who achieve great success in life, however, are those who have learned to set aside their emotions and learn from others, even when the message is unpleasant.

If you find yourself being evaluated by someone else, tell yourself that criticism of some aspect of your performance is not a personal attack. Control your emotional reaction and adopt useful ideas even though you may dislike the manner in which the information is delivered.

Criticism is another subject I have spoken about on the show and well it is true what Napoleon Hill states.

Please join me on facebook and then go to events and join the show. One I would appreciate you second I would love to hear your comments and or suggestions and if I use your suggestion I will shout out your name around the world and your friends and family can hear your name YAy!!!!!

Mothers Day By Luciano Santini

Today is a very special day for all th emothers around the world. Todays is mothers day here in the United States of America. A little history on this special day.

I want to dedicate this day to my mother whom I miss so much and love so much. My beautiful mother passed away from cancer almost four years ago and seems like it was just yesterday.
The sky opened up to recieve a beautiful person into heaven where I know she is sitting looking down on me each every day and smiling down.

My wife the mother of my three boys. She is wonderful to me and to my boys. I know how difficult we can all be sometimes and yet she hangs in there for us.

" A Mothers Smile Is What Tells A Child No Matter What You Do I Will Always Love You My Child"--Luciano Santini

She was a very special lady and the world lost someone who believed in her children always.

In the United States, Mother's Day started nearly 150 years ago, when Anna Jarvis, an Appalachian homemaker, organized a day to raise awareness of poor health conditions in her community, a cause she believed would be best advocated by mothers. She called it "Mother's Work Day."

Fifteen years later, Julia Ward Howe, a Boston poet, pacifist, suffragist, and author of the lyrics to the "Battle Hymn of the Republic," organized a day encouraging mothers to rally for peace, since she believed they bore the loss of human life more harshly than anyone else.

In 1905 when Anna Jarvis died, her daughter, also named Anna, began a campaign to memorialize the life work of her mother. Legend has it that young Anna remembered a Sunday school lesson that her mother gave in which she said, "I hope and pray that someone, sometime, will found a memorial mother's day. There are many days for men, but none for mothers."

Anna began to lobby prominent businessmen like John Wannamaker, and politicians including Presidents Taft and Roosevelt to support her campaign to create a special day to honor mothers. At one of the first services organized to celebrate Anna's mother in 1908, at her church in West Virginia, Anna handed out her mother's favorite flower, the white carnation. Five years later, the House of Representatives adopted a resolution calling for officials of the federal government to wear white carnations on Mother's Day.

In 1914 Anna's hard work paid off when Woodrow Wilson signed a bill recognizing Mother's Day as a national holiday.

At first, people observed Mother's Day by attending church, writing letters to their mothers, and eventually, by sending cards, presents, and flowers. With the increasing gift-giving activity associated with Mother's Day, Anna Jarvis became enraged. She believed that the day's sentiment was being sacrificed at the expense of greed and profit.

In 1923 she filed a lawsuit to stop a Mother's Day festival, and was even arrested for disturbing the peace at a convention selling carnations for a war mother's group. Before her death in 1948, Jarvis is said to have confessed that she regretted ever starting the mother's day tradition.

Despite Jarvis's misgivings, Mother's Day has flourished in the United States. In fact, the second Sunday of May has become the most popular day of the year to dine out, and telephone lines record their highest traffic, as sons and daughters everywhere take advantage of this day to honor and to express appreciation of their mothers

Luciano (The Key) Santini on CRITICISM

CRITICISM

Now how often do find ourselves dealing with someone criticizing you as an individual at one point in your life and yet you ignore the fact and you just keep it internally. Check out my show and you will find some techniques to fight back within yourself.

We all know someone or ourselves have been criticized or have criticized  someone in our lives and then we regretted it later because we know what we did; We always know what we do we just try to justify either by ignoring the fact or blaming someone or something else.

Many times we need to stop before we open our big mouths and think of the hurt that words can cause. As a life coach I can teach techniques to look at words for what they are just words however not everyone can shrug their shoulders and move forward. Certain people really take words to heart and allow themselves to be hurt deeply.

Examples of this is our children. They look up to us as parents and when we say words they stick in their minds like glue and sometimes if we take the time to watch you will see how they react to your words.

Gregg Walker, Dept. of Speech Communication, Oregon State University
Criticism may occur within conflict situations or can foster conflict.  Criticism, or the generation of "evaluative judgments," is often painful or difficult to "give" or "receive."  If handled appropriately by both the person criticized and the person being criticized, critical feedback can promote constructive growth in individuals and relationships.

Constructive Criticism - Some Assumptions
1.  Criticism arises out of interaction, rather than simply action.  Evaluation is important to improvement, but criticism should follow a "two way street."  Criticism is more valid when all parties involved interact both as the "critic" and the "criticized."

2.  Those who criticize need to value and invite criticism.  Criticism can be promoted if the critic first invites criticism of his or her own behavior.  By inviting criticism, a person can create a situation in which her or his criticism of another is perceived as appropriate.
3.  The "Critic" and "Criticized" guidelines t
hat follow are pertinent to all parties involved in "criticism" discussion.

Constructive Criticism - Guidelines f
or the Critic
1.  Understand why you are offering criticism.  Feel confident that doing so is appropriate to the situation and constructive for the parties involved.  Criticism voiced out of self-interest or competition may be destructive.

2.  Engage in perspective taking or role reversal.  As you develop a criticism strategy or response, try to understand the perspective of the person being criticized.

3.  Offer criticism of the person's behavior, not on her or his "person."  Refer to what a person does, not her or his "traits," or "character."

4.  Even though criticism implies evaluation, emphasize description.  Before offering any judgment, describe behavior you see or have experienced.

5.  Focus your criticism on a particular situation rather than general or abstract behavior.  "Index" and "date" your criticism, much like a "journalist": deal with who, what, where, and when.
6.  Direct your criticism to the present ("here and now") rather than the past ("there and then").

7.  Emphasize in your criticism your perceptions and feelings.  Indicate what you think and feel about the other's behavior that you have described.  Use "I" statements.

8.  Invite a collaborative discussion of consequences rather than offering advice.  Form a partnership to deal with problems.  Do not compete with the other party; compete with the other person against the problem.

9.  Keep judgments tentative.  Maintain an "open door" of dialogue rather than presenting your "analysis" or "explanation" of another's behavior.
10. Present criticism in ways that allow the other party to make decisions.  Do not force criticism on the other.  Encourage the other to experience "ownership."  People are more likely to comply with solutions that they generate.

11. Avoid critical overload.  Give the other an amount of critical feedback that she or he can handle or understand at that time.
12. Focus criticism on behaviors that the other person can change.

13. Include in your critical feedback a positive "outlet."  Reinforce positive actions and invite the possibility of change.
14. Invite the other to present criticism of you.

Constructive Criticism - Guildelines for the Criticized
1.  Recognize the value of constructive criticism.  Such criticism can improve relationships and productivity.

2.  Engage in perspective taking or role reversal.  Try to understand the perspective of the person offering criticism.

3.  Acknowledge criticism that focuses on your behavior.  Attempt to transform criticism that seems directed at your "person" to specific behavioral issues.

4.  Listen actively.  Even though criticism may hurt, seek to understand accurately the criticism being presented.
    a.  Paraphrase what the other is saying.

    b.  Ask questions to increase understanding.
     c.  Check out nonverbal displays (check your perceptions).

5.  Work hard to avoid becoming defensive.  Resist any tendency to want to dismiss criticism or retaliate.

6.  Welcome criticism; use the criticism appropriate to improve.

7.  Maintain your interpersonal power and authority to make your own decisions.  Criticism, when directed at one's "person," may weaken one's resolve.  Focus the other's criticism on your actions.  Seek ownership of solutions.

8.  Seek constructive changes to the behavior that prompted the criticism.

9.  Insist on valid criticism.  Valid criticism: (a) addresses behaviors, (b) is timely, and (c) is specific.

10.  Communicate clearly how you feel and think about the criticism and receiving criticism.  Use "I" messages.

Luciano Santini on Parenting Motivational Speaker/Business Coach

Being a Life Coach can be tough sometimes but what you can learn is an extreme fulfillment. It becomes more fulfilling when you actual come up with some great solutions to peoples issues.

I did a parenting seminar yesterday for the local school district and no it was not free for the school but free for the parents. It was something that the school puts together to assist parents in understanding their children relationships between parent and child.

It was a humbling to see these parents struggle with their children and the issues they had. As I stated during the seminar I am not a perfect parent nor do I ever say or state that I am.
Here are some tips to great parenting not perfect great parenting;

Find your own skill in parenting your children.
There are many ways and styles but your will be the best
one because you know your children better then anyone else.
Speak to them and listen to them.

People will never be the perfect parent so do not even try to be. Yes we can try to be the best at raising our children the best we can and well that is we can do.

Children need models they can loo up to that is a given our job is to make sure that we as parents are the best models we can be and hold ourselves responsible to make sure to do the best we can.

It breaks my heart to see and hear the stories some of these parents shared with me and the rest of the attendees.
Good morning my friends and it has been a little while since last I posted  on my blog.

I love to write my ideas and suggestions regarding both real life changes and techniques on how to change a persons life and how to assist the business person change and better their business.

However it seems to me that when someone offers a seminar or a workshop for free people place little value on it. Sometime I believe that I should start charging for everything that I do.

It is a choice that I make and chooses when and where I charge for my services. I have found that sometimes people believe that when a speaker or a coach offers something for free there seems to always be a catch to make money somehow and believe me I know many business coaches who really just want to help people get off the ground with their businesses.

Please understand that yes there are those that when something they give away there is a hidden charge and  or they will try to push something on to you to make some money they do exist!! I know.
However when someone offers a seminar for free take it go to it it just might change your life.

"Life Is What You Make Of It And The Choices You Make Will Create Your Future'--Luciano Santini

I love this How would live your life? Think about this question because there comes a time when we do sit about our live and start to wonder. One thing is to be absent minded to the world around you and another is to be oblivious in our daily lives.

The Battle of Midway – June 4-7, 1942

They had no right to win. Yet they did, and in doing so they changed the course of a war... even against the greatest of odds, there is something in the human spirit – a magic blend of skill, faith, and valor – that lifts man from certain defeat to incredible victory.

– Walter Lord, Author

Luciano (The Key) Santini
Live each day as if it were your last, and you’ll develop a keen respect for opportunity. Napoleon Hill

If you had only one more day on this earth, how much sharper your senses would be. The beauty of nature, the simple pleasures of life, would be indescribably wonderful, and every moment would present an opportunity to spend quality time with your family and strengthen relationships with friends, acquaintances, and business associates.

Every thought would be laser-sharp in that highly focused state. Well, today is the last day on earth for today’s opportunities. Don’t let them pass you by.

Each day that passes by  I think about the future of our children and well I have to tell you that there are way to many children raising children. I find that parents are not parenting when they should be parenting and kids are not listening the way they should listen and well it just makes this world chaotic for both parents and children.

As a life coach I can guarantee you techniques on how to look at your life and find ways to get you on the right path. I am not a miracle worker either but I have experience life in ways that will make the hair on your back stand up OOOOOHHHH believe me.

"Life Is What You Make Of It And The Choices You Make Will Create Your Future'--Luciano Santini

I walk around businesses and I find that business owners tend to live a busy life which they think is a good thing. It is a good thing when you are making money and have a balanced life with both business and family; But guess what!! most do not have a balanced life they have a busy life trying to survive the competition that surrounds them.

No more customers spending money and coming in through those beautiful glass doors they call the entrance. Running out of ideas to create more business for their customers. The staff is leaving because you can pay them or because their hours have been cut or simply because they have run out of funds and then they close the doors.

BENEFITS FOR HIRING A BUSINESS COACH
Rosamund Zander, a successful psychologist consultant and her husband Benjamin Zander the conductor of the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra capture perfectly the opportunities available to each of us in their best-selling book, The Art of Possibility. Here is a passage from the book.

"...Many of the circumstances that seem to block us in our daily lives may only appear to do so based on a framework of assumptions we carry with us. Draw a different frame around the same set of circumstances and new pathways come into view. Find the right framework and extraordinary accomplishment becomes an everyday experience."

The first thing that both in business and in life should do is the following in order to find purpose;

I believe that everyone would be better off if they stood in front of a crowd and admitted their biggest mistakes and embarrassments. Then with that out of the way, they could get on with being completely comfortable with themselves and confident around others.

After all, things couldn't get any worse (read: more embarrassing) than that, and they'd quickly realize that the "worst" never turns out as bad as they fear. It's one way to turn defeat into victory.

I believe that this is sound advice to all of us.

Are you where you want to be in your life?

Hello my friends and today is Monday and well it is time to get the kids ready and myself for some real adventures. Let us start with some questions about your business and life.

The first question is this: Are you where you want to be in your life? The next question is; Is your business where it needs to be and if not what needs to happen to get it there?

You see as a life coach I ask these simple questions that seem pretty difficult to answer. I have asked these questions to my clients and well they go blank.

Are you where you want to be in your life?
This becomes a difficult question to answer if you have been living life day by day with no real plan to follow.

Perhaps I do not know personally, but I know you. You are a person who is interested in creating your life.

You have always felt in the back of your head that you can be much more than what you are now. And yes you can!!!!. You are looking for ways to change your life, your internal relationships, and others. And you will find those ways.

You as an individual are capable of doing so much more in this life perhaps even change the world for the better, but guess what you will never ever know if you do not realize that you can and sometimes we need someone to teach us how or guide in the wright direction.
Is your business where it needs to be and if not what needs to happen to get it there?

Here is something from Napoleon Hill
Anyone can quit when the going is hard, but a thoroughbred never quits until he wins.

The going is always hard on the road to greatness. If success were easy, everyone would achieve it. NFL All-Pro lineman Brian Holloway recalled that when he was playing for the New England Patriots and the Los Angeles Raiders, there wasn’t a single day when he didn’t feel like giving up because the road was too tough and the sacrifices were too great. He didn’t quit, of course; he was willing to pay the price because he was determined to succeed. True thoroughbreds never quit.

Competition only spurs them, and obstacles merely reinforce their determination to succeed. If you have not yet achieved greatness in your life, it is because you have been willing to settle for less. You may not cross the finish line first every time you try, but if you stay in the race, you will eventually prevail.

Luciano Santini Top Motivational Speaker/Business Coach and Life Coach

Quick promotions are not always the most enduring.

Most people who fail after receiving a promotion do so because they fail to rise to the challenges the new position offers. It is perfectly normal to feel a twinge of insecurity when you assume a new position — after all, you’ve never had this job before — but seldom do promotions come before you are ready for them. Now, it is a fact that the day you are promoted, you are not yet competent in that position.

You were promoted into the position because of your potential, not because you were expected to perform flawlessly from the outset. Work to prove that your boss’s faith in you was justified. Make becoming as proficient as possible in your new job — in the shortest possible time — your number one priority.

I love this poem I wrote a while back because it talks about how much time we really waste in our daily lives. I find that sometimes we get stuck in our routines that we loose track of time within our own minds.

I find that business owners have it the worst because they tend to focus to much on their business and not on themselves and they loose much more then just time. They loose themselves in time and thus worse yet sometime loose their families.

As a life coach I feel that when a business owner begins to loose him/herself in time they need to stop and take some time away from the business whatever it may be and ask for assistance form a Business coach. There is no shame in asking for assistance. Sometime we need someone to teach us new techniques or strategies on how we market our business or how we train our staff or perhaps just simply taking a new perspective on life.

Benefits of a business coach:

A few years ago, just a handful of small businesses used business coaching as a means to augment their business. Today, statistics reveal that almost 58% of the medium or small sized businesses in the US are seeking the benefits of business coaching.

Businesses are using coaching because it is a cost effective way to achieve results. It helps to develop personnel skills and performance. Individuals who receive business coaching can expect to find guidance concerning the problems that they face. Business coaching offers new insights into daily business activities and helps improve methods, systems and procedures.

Many companies that have undertaken business coaching have reported an increase in productivity and quality of work. When people are coached, team relationships improve and these enhanced relationships lead to an increase in productivity and quality.

Many businesses judge productivity by how hard an individual employee's works, but this method overlooks the importance of synergy and quality of work. Very often, employees tend to overlook quality in their haste to get work done and this forces others to rework what has already been done.

The secret to increased productivity and quality lies in allowing the employees to make a connection between their personal needs and those of the organization. Satisfied employees work harder and smarter and are a boon to the company.

Coaching programs not only help the employees to survive but also help them attain their peak performance as a team.
