How often do I write about leadership skills? I think too often but what the hell, let us do it again!!!!

 



In the future employers are looking for a variety of skills in their employees. Leadership skills are essential for any successful organization, and employers are looking for employees who can effectively lead teams, projects, and initiatives. Empathy is also an important skill, as it allows employees to understand the needs of their colleagues and customers. Respect for others is also a key skill employers are looking for, as it creates a positive working environment and allows employees to collaborate effectively.

Finally, communicative and emotional intelligence are essential for any employee, as they allow them to communicate with others and understand their emotions.

These skills are essential for any successful organization, and employers are increasingly looking for employees who possess them. Leadership skills allow employees to effectively lead teams and projects, while empathy allows them to understand the needs of their colleagues and customers. TOO OLD! Non-Sense

 Hello my friends,

The truth is that age comes to all of us and we are unable to stop it so embrace it and keep learning because we all know the following , we just are afraid to face it so do not be and embrace it my friends.
The days when you could find thousands of jobs involving semi-skilled or unskilled work have gone. Automation has replaced human labor and taken always great slices of activity which once involved mundane, routine tasks. Information technology is also beginning to take over in some areas of skilled and professional work, such as quality control and printing, design and administration. Transferable or portable skills – skills which can be adapted and shaped to meet the requirements of several different types of job – are becoming increasingly important.
If your skills have become outdated in a shrinking market, you must be prepared to retrain if you are to succeed in finding new employment. Progress will not stand still simply to accommodate your need for a job, and there is no Divine Right to employment if you are not prepared to put some effort into it.
You may feel you are too old to learn new tricks. The simple truth is that thousands of people are ding exactly this throughout the country, and the opportunities for retaining or catching up with lost education are expanding all the time. Don't be put off by your age or use this as an excuse: you are never too old to learn – it might just take you a little longer.
Deciding to knuckle down to update or expand your skills is largely a matter of adopting the right attitude, but deciding precisely what skills should be updated or expanded has to be researched very thoroughly, and has a crucial part to play in your campaign to find the right job.
If you know your hopes of getting back into your old type of employment are slim, this is the time to begin putting your future into sharper focus and to start planning with a clearer understanding of what you are trying to achieve. I like putting up Horoscopes because it teaches us some lessons if we are willing to learn more about ourselves and to be honest there is a short lesson every day. I beleive that helping people I mean really showing a genuine smile and teaching some genuine techniques in both business and life can really propel the individual to the next level.

I have found out that sometime you simply have to go out and ask for help whether with your life as a person or your business and that is ok sometimes we need to that and sometimes we do not and we end up loosing more then just our businesses we end up loosing ourselves to the chaos of the world and find ourselves lost. I believe that people are good and they mean well though sometimes people do not really understand human nature and tend to go on the deep end.

I am not talking about certain types I mean generally people do not understand people and the ones who do really do become successful why? Well simply because they are able to see the needs of their clients and help them. That is it!!! simple right ! actually wrong!! because that is easier said then done and even harder to teach your staff members that they need to understand their customers.

I find myself teching tecniques to companies both large and small and guess what they all have the same issue ( Not understanding clients) Their needs must be met and you the owner must know how to accomplpish that and if you do not they will go elsewhere to have that need met.

I find myself learning something new each time a I give a seminar to a company on customer service. I really enjoy this because as a trainer you learn so much if you keep an open mind. People will always disagree and that is ok. Life is far to short to try to please everyone,however you get paid for giving or offering a service or a product so do your best to fulfill that need to your clients.
 
 

It’s mighty easy to justify dishonesty if you make your living from it.

The subconscious mind makes no moral judgments. If you tell yourself something over and over, your subconscious mind will eventually accept even the most blatant lie as fact. Those whose lives and careers have been destroyed by dishonest behavior began the process of self-destruction when they convinced themselves that one slight infraction of the rules wouldn’t matter. 
 
When you sell yourself on an idea, make sure the idea is positive, beneficial to you, and harmless to others. Just as negative thoughts and deeds return to their originator, so do positive ones. When you practice honest, ethical behavior, you set in motion a force for good that will return to you many times over.

I speak about procrastination and our fears. I believe that when we procrastinate we hinder our lives because we get nothing done when we should. The worst part of procrastination is that we know what and when we need to do some task but we do not do it and we leave it for another and another day and then it is no longer important and the we just forget about it.

If you find yourself being evaluated by someone else, tell yourself that criticism of some aspect of your performance is not a personal attack. Control your emotional reaction and adopt useful ideas even though you may dislike the manner in which the information is delivered. 

Criticism is another subject I have spoken about on the show and well it is true what Napoleon Hill states.

Are you where you want to be in your life?



Hello my friends and today is Monday and well it is time to get the kids ready and myself for some real adventures. Let us start with some questions about your business and life. 

The first question is this: Are you where you want to be in your life? The next question is; Is your business where it needs to be and if not what needs to happen to get it there?

You see as a life coach I ask these simple questions that seem pretty difficult to answer. I have asked these questions to my clients and well they go blank. 


 Are you where you want to be in your life?
This becomes a difficult question to answer if you have been living life day by day with no real plan to follow.

Perhaps I do not know personally, but I know you. You are a person who is interested in creating your life.

 You have always felt in the back of your head that you can be much more than what you are now. And yes you can!!!!. You are looking for ways to change your life, your internal relationships, and others. And you will find those ways. 

You as an individual are capable of doing so much more in this life perhaps even change the world for the better,but guess what you will never ever know if you do not realize that you can and sometimes we need someone to teach us how or guide in the wright direction.
Is your business where it needs to be and if not what needs to happen to get it there?

 Competition only spurs them, and obstacles merely reinforce their determination to succeed. If you have not yet achieved greatness in your life, it is because you have been willing to settle for less. You may not cross the finish line first every time you try, but if you stay in the race, you will eventually prevail.

Quick promotions are not always the most enduring.

Most people who fail after receiving a promotion do so because they fail to rise to the challenges the new position offers. It is perfectly normal to feel a twinge of insecurity when you assume a new position — after all, you’ve never had this job before — but seldom do promotions come before you are ready for them. Now, it is a fact that the day you are promoted, you are not yet competent in that position. 

You were promoted into the position because of your potential, not because you were expected to perform flawlessly from the outset. Work to prove that your boss’s faith in you was justified. I love this poem I wrote a while back because it talks about how much time we really waste in our daily lives. I find that sometimes we get stuck in our routines that we loose track of time within our own minds.

I find that business owners have it the worst because they tend to focus to much on their business and not on themselves and they loose much more then just time. They loose themselves in time and thus worse yet sometime loose their families.


As a life coach I feel that when a business owner begins to loose him/herself in time they need to stop and take some time away from the business whatever it may be and ask for assistance form a Business coach. There is no shame in asking for assistance. Sometime we need someone to teach us new techniques or strategies on how we market our business or how we train our staff or perhaps just simply taking a new perspective on life.
