I always think about this quote that I wrote a few years back and think about what it really means to me as a person and the reason why I wrote it. What I mean by this quote is really easy to understand you see my friends sometimes we have to see something coming our way before it happens.
Take your morning for example: You already have framed out the day how and what is going to happen and then something happens and now what do you change the entire agenda or do you stick with it that becomes the real question.
You stick with the agenda because you saw ahead of time that perhaps the day would not go as projected and changes have to be made and so you make them smoothly because you have an understanding that sometimes things happen along the way.
This is life in a nutshell figure out each day and plan what and how you want your day to be or turn out and if it does not- make the changes smoothly simply because you were able to see the unseen of the challenges that might come your way. Do this and your life will become easier to manage.
Let us dive right into business stuff: I call it stuff because we think up stuff that works YAY!!!
Ways to Super Charge Your Business Success
"Same-Old" is out -- Getting attention with something new is in. To
get new business, you must strive to be innovative and dramatic. For example,
an insurance agency, offered "the biggest steak dinner in town" if it couldn't
save any person money on their car insurance. This challenge was enough to make
the telephone start ringing off the hook for days at a time.
The customer flow
was "absolutely crazy" for days. The bottom line: dozens of new insurance
buyers and tons of new cash flow -- and all they had to do was fork out the
cost for a half dozen steak dinners!
Be more creative. Pushing direct-mail pieces out the door or sending
the newsletter to the mail room isn't doing the job. Ask yourself: "Will anyone
be intrigued enough to read the mailer--before tossing it in the wastebasket?"
Ask the same question about the company newsletter.
A highly creative approach
is necessary to be different and distinctive. Creativity costs money. But, if
more people read the ad, take time with the newsletter or decide that the offer
in a mailer makes sense, you have accomplished the goal.
Get rid of the self-serving nonsense. Most company publications,
ads, letters, brochures, and other sales materials are filled with words, photographs
and information that do nothing more than toot the company's horn. No one cares
that the business says it is the "best," "oldest" or the "biggest." Pictures
of the staff are only interesting to the staff.
A better approach is to ask
prospects what they want to know about your company. We doubt anyone will be
anxious to see pictures of the CEO, chairman of the board or the executive vice
president.

Good morning everyone out there and how is the weather in your area.? Please take time to sit and pray for Oklahoma. It has been devastated by tornadoes and so much destruction all around. Sometime we face obstacle that just make our lives chaotic and sometime destroys who we are as people. Sometimes the pain just is too much to handle and we loose our selves in destruction.
We loose our loved ones which can be the worst loss of all believe me I know I have lost people n my life that meant the world to me and yes I too was at a point where there nothing else to do but either make it in life or loose life as a whole.

We learn from our failures and also from our success or better said we should and most fail in this area because once they have a taste of success they feel they have reached the ultimate goal and guess what they have just had a taste of success and not total success--Not Total Success- I want you to really think about that and what does this mean to you and to your business.
As a business coach once in a while I will meet someone who not really has a need for my services: They either have or are working with a business coach and are successful so what i do is this: I ask if they have any situation or issue they may be facing and and I say (What if I gave you a four hour workshop for free to fix your issue. Their mouth drops because they ask me so what is the catch and I say no catch just the opportunity to serve you and your needs that's all.
What just happened is the following- I just made a new client and word of mouth will spread and clients will call who have done business with this person and voila your business reputation begins to grow. Please understand that it sounds easy but in reality it is lots of work so be prepared for that and give your best though it is free.
People are always asking me questions and one of my favorite is hey Luciano would you mind if I ask you a question and I say of course you may ask me any question as long as you do mind the answer we will be good so shoot.
I get a look of what does that mean to me? I just laugh and continue listening and of course most of the time people in general do not like to hear the truth and yet we need to hear the truth because if we do not hear it soon we will continue lying to ourselves and that is not good not good at all.
One of the best way to inform people of negatives and or positives in their lives is by communication of which is an art in itself. Communication is one of those things that we do everyday now whether we do it right is a whole other question we need to look at.
We need to understand that the world is constantly changing and there are so many ways to communicate and we as business people or just simply put we need to find the correct ways to communicate wit h each other. Once you have that skill or the art as I like to put you will be so much better off and you will find that your life can change.
You will learn to understated people better and they will stop asking so many questions because you would have made communication easier to understand. These skills will take time so do not think of giving up on yourself so easily it will come as long as you practice daily.

Good afternoon everyone and thank you for taking the time to read my blog. Today was a changing day in my life. I saw my baby girl graduate from college with her B. A. in Business and Science and well I stared at her and though about the day she came home from the hospital and I was able to hold her in one arm and now look at her. she is a beautiful woman now and I was just like wow I have a grown up woman as my daughter.
As she walked across to receive her Degree I remember the day she graduated from first grade and I was so proud of her and each year after that she made me proud and now I was really proud of my baby girl. The years have gone by so quickly and yes I do realize time however time will slip away on a daily basis if we do not take the time to be aware of it.
The definition of time management:
Time management is the act or process of planning and exercising
conscious control over the amount of time spent on specific activities,
especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency or productivity. Time
management may be aided by a range of skills, tools, and techniques used
to manage
time when accomplishing specific tasks, projects and goals complying
with a due date. This set encompasses a wide scope of activities, and
these include planning, allocating, setting goals, delegation, analysis of time spent, monitoring,
organizing, scheduling, and prioritizing.
Initially, time management
referred to just business or work activities, but eventually the term
broadened to include personal activities as well. A time management
system is a designed combination of processes, tools, techniques, and
methods. Usually time management is a necessity in any project
development as it determines the project completion time and scope.
Concentration
You cannot succeed in life by scattering your forces and trying to do a dozen things at the same time.
The major themes arising from the literature on time management include the following:
Creating an environment conducive to effectiveness
Setting of priorities
Carrying out activity around those priorities
The related process of reduction of time spent on non-priorities
Business and time management wow this is a hit and miss for most managers and corporations because they simply do not understand time management or know how to train their staff how to time management and how it works.

I say the latter because sometimes business owners believe that we are miracle workers and we are not!!! Sometimes we believe we know all there is about management and training our staff and how we converse and convey information to either our staff or more importantly our customers.
I love this techniques because most manager believe that they need a response to every dam email they send out immediately and when they do receive it well they get pissed off and the people then they get to sending more emails on why they have not responded and i laugh because I get them as well LOL.
First, this one rule could change your ability to manage your
time more than anything else, which is why it's first: If you are a slave
to your email responding,and particularly if your pc is set up to notify you
immediately upon the receipt of any incoming email, then I urge you to make
this simple change - it will dramatically improve your control over your time.
Turn off the pop-up or noise which notifies you that you have mail. For many
people this the single biggest obstacle to successful time management.
Establish a new habit of checking your email at certain times in the day, when
it is sensible for you and the business to do so - say, first when you arrive
at your desk or start work, second just before lunch, third around an hour
before normal business closes.
I urge you all so called bosses out there to read this over and over;
People are a fundamental component within any successfully
developing organization. Take away the people and the organization is nothing.
Take away the people's motivation, commitment and ability to work together in well-organized teams, and again, the organization is nothing.
Conversely,
inspire the people to work well, creatively, productively, and the organization
can fly. Logically therefore, the development and proper utilization of people
are vital to the success of all quality management initiatives.
How to make a change that would change the way a business does a process better then before:
Many work processes are developed and stay that way for many many years and never change and thus become the standard on how to do that process and find out down the line that in order to progress and move with the changes processes need to change to benefit the organization.
This can be very challenging for the new innovative manager because the old timers will resist and they will make life difficult.
I cannot stress enough to any business owner or manager that the major objective of creating a plan or any plan is effective management communication before starting any integration or streamlining.

Good morning or afternoon in some Places around the world. here we are again regarding some issues that are important to me and to many others around the world. Today I would like to talk about people who are not working and people that when you ask them if they need assistance with either their resume or or other skills that they may be in need they will say no.
I ask them OK why not and their usual answer is well you are not telling us anything new and I have been doing that all ready so thanks.I say it is not whether you have been doing that or not it is about looking at what you have been doing from a different angle or perspective.
What do I see under all that talking: I see frustration and I understand it; I see older angry people because they were laid off after 15 or more years with their respective companies and I understand that as well.
How do you deal with these type of people such as engineers and high profile people that once were the top of the line employees and then suddenly were dropped because of outsourcing or sales of companies.
I can tell you myself as far as education is concerned I hear it all day long from very smart people and very distinguished people that held very high paying positions and sometimes very high profiled positions as well.
The understanding that needs to come to mind for most of these people is that they need a reality check and the need to understand that they do not know everything that is the first key to finding that new position the understanding that you do not know everything.
I found this article which to me is very interesting and hope that it helps some of my readers.
Each of us has a set of tried and true behaviors. Whether we are
faced with a stressful situation or just going about our everyday
activities, we tend to use behaviors that we’ve used before. We even
use favorite self-talk behaviors: some
folks habitually tell themselves that they are Mr. or Ms. Wonderful,
while others seem to tell themselves that they are unworthy of even
basic courtesy.
In Reality Therapy, we use the term “frustration signal” for that
feeling we get when there’s a gap between what we want and what we have.
When our habitual behaviours aren’t working effectively for us, we
become aware of this frustration signal. This awareness can be a very
powerful motivator to change. What do we do then?
I believe that when a person get to or arrives ta this point he/she need to have a reality check of themselves and realize that a change must happen or otherwise will slowly deteriorate. I believe that most people want to live a happy life but loose their way when they cannot get what they want and become uneasy in their minds and start to loose focus on what they need to do to be able to reach their goals again.
Criticism WOW that is a big one and trust me I have been on the raw end of it: What do I do well I just listen and figure out where the need is and try to find the solution and usually I am able to find it.
People often try to be helpful, though it might not seem that way
when you’re on the receiving end of their helpfulness. For example,
think about how you would feel if you were told, “You seem awfully
cranky. You should get more sleep.” Or how about this helpful
information: “You look tired. You really should be taking vitamins.”
Everybody has an opinion, eh? The folks pointing out the error of
your ways may have the best of intentions, but it feels a lot like
criticism when it’s you that’s being “helped.”
Critical comments may be most destructive when they are aimed at
those closest and dearest to us. In some relationships, it’s as if
intimacy is taken as a license to criticize.
This is why it is so important to listen to people and their needs and their issues first before one makes comments.

Today I was busy early this morning and thus not able to post early so sorry for that but here is my post better late then never right right. Today I would like to talk about management. Why is is that certain people believe bad manage by power. What do I mean by that well let me explain.
I find that people who are very insecure about their position and in all honesty do not have the skills to manage efficiently will manage by power of position meaning that they are in a higher position then the staff members and thus will push them to do their will. I believe that this type of people should never have a position of any power at all.
There are so many organizations who will promote persons who have no idea how to manage people at all and yet they get the positions why is that?
The answer is simple really: It is because the person placing the next person in charge can be manipulated by the higher ups WOW makes all the sense in the world!! great you understand and now the problems that could and will eventually arise from this are;
1) Staff becomes rigid and hard to to work with.
2) Staff will give everyone a hard time regarding work issues.
3) Management becomes micro management teams.
4) Managers in charge have no idea how to deal with their staff.
5) Managers become angry and seek revenge.
6) Managers begin to hinder work environment. ETC............. and it goes on until the business is ruined.
When is there value by making small choices
Sometimes as small business owners we get caught in trying to make large choices and we so many mistakes, instead we should break those big choices into smaller ones and eventually get to our end result which will be that big goal we started with in mind if not many times we will fail.
If you go and ask the successful businesses in your area you will find that that is the only to to success.
If they decide to teach and train you: You will see that they never get excited over any changes that might come their way.
