Hello and good morning my friends and here we are on Hump Day!! yes that would be Wednesday but do not ask me why people call it hump day because I have no idea.

Today was a strange kind of a day because there were so many people that I had not seen for a long time who stopped by to say thank you to  me for touching their lives in one way or another. 

I was taken aback by it all in a very good way. I thought to myself this is why I do what i do because I know that whether people tell me right away or not I know that I am helping someone out there in this world and I have made a difference in their lives.

I found that life is graciously giving me back and all this time though I knew that could happen today I actually experienced it. 

It was awesome!!

I found that the holidays is a time to give without expecting anything in return just give! I find that when one gives and not expect anything back you feel better about who you are and who you will become.

Hello and good morning my friends and what a month of December it has been and it is getting better and better. You know I was talking to my beautiful wife and I was explaining to her how I feel when I speak to people. I explained to her that it was one of the best feeling ever!!!.

I wonder sometimes why some people are so negative that when you explain what they do wrong they look and stare at you as if you are so out there.

I feel that one needs to be a self thinking individual that can make a decision when one makes a mistake and learn from it. When we do that!!we are self sufficient thinkers and individuals.

I believe this is what I found out on my own that sometimes you have to be an individual and a self thinker with your own thoughts and own beliefs. Sometimes you might feel that you have none but if you look deep enough into your soul believe they are there.

You there are times when I wish life was just that easy as a combination of voices would that not be a great and beautiful thing. 

That would be a great and beautiful thing and it can be because with the right combination of coaching whether life coaching or business coaching I can get you to see the right combinations to get your life or business in the right track.

You see sometime we think that we know all there is about life and or our business and the truth is that we do not. I always get a kick when someone tells me that I need improvement. Guess what when they tell me such a thing I start to laugh because my question to them is the following: 

Why is that you know that I need self improvement and I do not, I ask because when someone says to you that you need improvement they are telling you that there is something wrong with you. Weird huh!!! yea I thought that, You see if we believe what others tell us about ourselves then why are we living. 

Please do not misunderstand me I believe that we make some crappy choices in our lives and then we deal with the co sequences and sometimes they suck simply because we did not take the time to think the choices over. 

Well in life that is what people do make mistakes all the time does not mean that there is something wrong with you simply you made a bad choice now what!!! Well NOW you hopefully learn and never make that choice again and if you do you prepare for a better outcome yes that simple.

Good morning my friends. I would like to ask you to join me with a cup of coffee and as you read I would like to think about what is it that makes you tick. 

I really want to you to put on your thinking caps on because this can be so important today for you. What I can hear you already is this guy real? Of course I am real. 

The reason I want you think about this is because today is just another Friday for some people that is in meed perhaps of a few dollars or would love to be drinking the cup of coffee you are right now.

You see in life there are many things that we do not ever think about. Think about that for a moment and you will see that there so many things that you do not think about am I right of course I am right. I know that from talking to over a thousand people  I found that most people are stuck with their daily routines and nothing else. 

When I ask them about their families meaning wives/husbands and children they say oh! I am just to busy to think about them. HELLO!!!! BINGO!!!!!! you see we at times get caught up on our lives and there is nothing wrong with that really absolutely nothing wrong however someone in your family needs a hug from you or a simple kiss. 

Now tell me something how much of your time is that Seconds if that right of course.

 

I have three beautiful boys and I have to tell you that as they get older they become more and more challenging and needy;Example the night before one of my boys asked me to play football with him,it was 8:30 p.m. and of course I said no because it was to late and he needed to get ready for school for tomorrow.

He went on to asking me OK DAD how about tomorrow as soon as you get home and of course I agreed. The next day I had a hell of a day  so I was tired and as I am sitting in my chair getting comfortable he comes into the room and reminds me that He was now ready to play football and that the other two brothers also were ready. 

I am a normal and do normal things and yes I was tired but the one thing I do not ever want to do is teach my children that once you make a commitment you do not have to keep it.

My wife gave me this look that if she had daggers in them I would have been up against the wall hanging. I started to say no but then I thought I promised and agreed that I would play and guess what I changed into my sweats and here I go walking out in the cold. 

Now I did not do it for my wife but for that little boy that I had promised and agreed to play football the night before.

Now life is the same for adults sometimes we make promises and we just do not deliver MMMMM bad because we loose integrity and respect from both our clients and employees. Communication and commitment are so important to any organization. There must be great or at least good communication to get the business running smoothly. 

We as owners sometime forget that the people that work for us are people just like you and they also have needs and if their needs are not met then what message are you as the owner sending to them and your clients huh.

Relationships are the same way sometimes we loose ourselves and we forget that those that love us can l;eave us so easy. Did I get your attention of course I did! You see like your clients if your services and your products do not fulfill their needs they will somewhere else. MMM What do you think your spouse will do common now really be honest with yourself whether you are man or a woman reading this. Humans have needs I know I know you think I am talking about cheating and though that could end being the end result I am talking about communication. listening, talking, taking a walk, going on a date GET IT !!!!!

Hello my friends and today has been a great morning already. Finishing up my stretching and yoga exercises and last my 15 minute meditation of which I do every day regardless of yoga or stretching. 

The reason I say that that is one that I will not skip on is simply because it starts my day. When I meditate I feel like I can go out and face the day and deal with all of the obstacles that come my way.

I was wondering today through out the day why so many people feel they always have to day something negative to just about everything there is in their lives. I asked one such person and wow! was I surprised at what this person had to say.

It started like this. My day started like this you see I woke up this morning and then I slipped and hurt my leg and then I went to my car and accidentally slipped and hit my head on the door.

I wanted to laugh but I did not I continued to listen and finally I said stop!! I have to tell you I said to this person that you are really negative about the day so here is what I would like you to do. 

I want you to take your break and listen to this meditation music and listen and feel the wind on your face and then take some deep breaths and then do it again and again about five times.

This person laughed and stated that I was crazy that this kinfolk of stuff did not work for her! I asked why they felt that way about it. They explained to me that they just did not think it would ever really work.

I said OK I will walk you through it will you do it now? They agreed. We went outside sat straight up against the wall and began the breathing exercises and a few minutes this person was so relaxed I could not tell if they were awake or sleeping.

I explained to this person that in life things will happen and sometimes we cannot avoid them. I explained that if we start on the wrong side of the morning it can quickly change if one but changes the way one thinks about the obstacles that come our way.

Life can quickly change for the best if we so choose to do so in our minds first. The choices we make and we some choices pretty fast without thinking about the consequences that may come after.

I believe that life your life is unique and or but a spark in this vast of a universe that we live in. I feel the real question should be for every single one of us ( Will You outshine every other spark to illuminate the world?) 

We must find out who we are and continue to develop more of us and stop worrying about the next person. One must always stay focused on our minds and our bodies and not worry about the rest of the world around us meaning stop watching so much news they are trained to give worry all the time because the good would not get our hearts pumping but worry does HELLO!!!!

In Business mmmmm!! life can be pretty harsh at any time could be our own employees ruining our business that we worked so hard to start and keep moving forward What do I do?

It could be our customers who continue to say bad thing about our business. It could be that management does not know how to communicate to either staff or customers. So many things can go wrong and what do you do well you call in someone who can train each department or all in problematic issue that has been going on.

You need someone that has been there someone who can motivate and teach your staff and management many skills such as communication,customer service and how to get along as a team with the same goal at hand.

Good morning my friends and here is another beautiful Saturday where one can enjoy the beauty of life and the beauty of the day. As I was coming home yesterday afternoon I noticed a person who is highly educated and is well liked by many people and saw that she was walking around the streets one day. I said nothing but hello and kept going to my destination. I asked someone about this person and found that she was homeless. It broke my heart because I know how smart this person.

I started noticing her all over town more often and I stopped her and asked her if she needed any assistance and she turned me down. I explained to her that is getting really cold and if she was sure and she stated that yes all was OK. I left her but not without thinking about her the rest of the evening. I wish that people would realize that there is no shame in asking for help when it is needed. 

I can tel you that I have been in those type of situations and well yes it can be difficult when we find ourselves in a situation where we have to ask for help but feel ashamed of where we are. The human mind can do amazing things for any individual if only we think positive and keep a positive outlook. I also understand and realize that sometimes that in itself can be hard trying to survive and keep a positive attitude. 

One needs to look at your situation from a point of scenarios and really take a good look at where you are at any point in life. You see there will always be time when we find ourselves in bad situations or we face large obstacles. It does not matter what we face as long as we face the obstacle head on and break it down into smaller pieces and you can tackle it down to the ground and come out on top.

Life is life never fair and we must understand that area of life. I can also tell you that when facing an issue write it down and take it and cut it to pieces by learning from it and you will see how life becomes easier to deal with.

In business I find owners having a difficult time with the economy as so many people around the world. I was employed with large corporations where I was a liaison between the company and learned techniques they use to beat out and close down so many small businesses.

I focus on helping a small business; knowing and understanding marketing techniques and management techniques to keep all of your internal customers ahead of the game making sure that all your external clients get what they come to see you for.

Making sure that they leave feeling that they spent their hard earned money and received the proper value for it;well they will continue coming back and spending more money with your business making your business profitable every time.After all is that not what every successful business owner both large and small want.

When I was on the radio on guest spots I found the business owners were always looking for the right technique to use either in marketing or leadership skills to be taught to their management teams. I found that they the business owners are willing to call and ask for assistance over the air simply to get information. 

I found it really interesting that they do not want to spend any money to bring someone in to assist with the issues at hand until they find themselves in a situation that will tale a miracle to turn around.

Hiring a business coach can put you in a great situation because you will have someone who take your issues and have see them from a different perspective giving you the opportunity to find the solution you need to overcome the obstacles that may be keeping your business from moving forward and making you some money. 

Do not misunderstand what I am saying here because there will be times when no one can do anything due to waiting so long before asking for assistance. Do not wait until it is to late and then expect someone to come in and do miracles sometimes it is just to late for a business to turn around.
