Hello and good morning my friends around the world and yes it FRIDAY YAY!!! I don't know why but I wanted to say that only because we all get excited about tho sometimes we act like we do not. I would like to share this thought today just in case we are feeling a little down.
If you start off this day feeling a bit depressed, try to get outside as
soon as you can for a brief stroll. No matter what the weather is like,
a big dose of fresh air will get you back on track. A blue mood is
nothing to worry about --
It could just be your mind telling you to slow
down a bit and ponder some new emotions that your heart is feeling.
Taking a short walk will give you the time you need to reset your brain
and start feeling like yourself again.

Sometimes we feel down and we do not know why we just do not feel it for the day and so if you are feeling this way smile at the world and guess what yes the world will smile back at you. Take a little walk breath in the fresh air and give thanks for what you have such as the air we breath, the people around you.
Being alive oooh that is a big one huh? I think so yup I believe that is a big one being alive be thankful and be grateful for another day. We sometimes take these things for granted and well we need to stop doing that and just be grateful.
Read the paper the comics that is- that is where sometimes I find a laugh or two.
(Have a laugh on me today and this is a true story NO KIDDING)
So enjoy the day and remember sometime we need that extra push to reach our goals and sometimes we look for that push outside of us and guess what sometimes we never find it and so we must turn to our minds and souls and find it within us and the great thing about that is that we find out that we always had what it takes inside of each one of us to keep going until we reach our goals and dreams.
