Good morning everyone and here we are on a beautiful Friday morning. You know sometimes to me Friday is a great day and others it becomes just another day. Why is that? I believe it is all on the feeling you have when you wake up. If I feel great and ready to start the day then Friday looks great and it will turn out just fine.
If I start with a bad feeling or just do not want to get out of bed then guess what happens now. I start to force myself to get things done like having to get up and then the whole day goes that way bad and grouchy so how do stop that?
You simply make up your mind how your day will be as soon as open your eyes. Tell yourself this will be a great day and that is it and that is how I want my day to be.
