"When We Know Ourselves And Are Honest Then We Can Make The Change That Is Needed To Find Our Passion"--Luciano Santini
Good morning everyone my friends. Today is Saturday and well I am feeling wonderful and thankful and grateful for all of the great things in my life which include you my readers who are truly appreciated and of course my family. I woke up this morning and searching for a good way of starting my weekend and well I came up with the following;
I felt that I needed to tell everyone that we need to realize just how much influence we truly have with everyone around us. Do you realize that if are in a bad mood people around you will change and also join you in your misery. So today my friends if you are feeling happy about anything in your life please do not be afraid to share it with those you love and just friends will be a great way too start the weekend.
BUSINESS CORNER
Let me start with a questions for you. What is business and how economics affects it?
Well we know that a business as a commerce is the where people can produce and exchange services or products. It is also a place where it allows individuals to create a valuable product or a valuable service.
Yes the economy will always an affect on your business but you see this also where an owner or a managers and leaders either in the business itself or politically should know when to make changes and sometimes the changes can be pretty drastic.
Either need to know when the changes need to happen before the business begins to falter and wait till it is to late and you have to fire your employees or have to close the doors. They need too know when to reach out for help if that is what they need to survive.
The problem with waiting and the searching for help is when more money can be lost because think about this,you bring in a coach or a consultant and your business is so far gone and yet you are expecting a miracle and guess what rarely does it happen. When it does not happen well you loose more money.
Some major issues that are coming or already might be here are:
TAXES- Business owners both small and large are still wondering what the tax cuts will bring and mean to both owners and consumers. Less money less spending.
What about finding the right people for the right positions. Is there such a thing as a shortage of skilled employees of course there is. Take a look at the factory and manufacturing jobs. The manufacturing corporations both small and large are having a difficult time finding skilled employees to fill their positions because they need skilled and trained people and well they are hard to find.
One of the main reason is because they are computers that are being used or in other words technology is taking over and most of the skilled workers are missing this component to the equation in their job search thus for not getting hired due to lack of experience with technology.
Too much truth will make some people madder than too little.
School children sometimes play a game called “Honesty.” The rules are simple: For a designated period of time, the participants must tell the truth regardless of the subject. They then ask each other leading questions such as, “Do you like my hair?” “Do you think Lindsay is cute?” Inevitably someone gets angry when he or she discovers that these friends had been shading the truth, telling “little white lies,” to spare the person’s feelings. Even when the game is over, its lessons are not soon forgotten. Being honest with others doesn’t mean being brutal. It isn’t necessary to tell people everything you don’t like about them under the guise of being frank with them “for their own good.” Sometimes it’s better if we don’t know every person’s innermost feelings about us. Respect for another’s self-esteem often means telling them too little truth instead of too much.
