We all face daily life challenges

Hello everyone!

We all face daily life challenges, and we all know what it's like to have a boss - some are great and some are not-so-great. Every morning, I wake up with a positive attitude and a determination to make the most of the day, no matter what. I refuse to let anyone else define who I am because I know my own worth. Remember, gaslighting is everywhere as well and one needs to be careful and see it when it arrives. #development

It is important to inspire those around us and to treat them with respect, love, and dignity. We live in a VUCA world, and it is up to us to create a path to becoming a great leader. We have to be brave, take risks, and be willing to learn from our mistakes. We must also be willing to support and encourage those around us, so that they can reach their full potential.

Leadership is not easy, but it is a necessary part of life. We must strive to be the best version of ourselves, and to make a positive impact on those around us. With a little bit of effort, we can all become great leaders.

"Leadership is not about being in charge. Leadership is about taking care of those in your charge." -Simon Sinek

"Leadership is about making others better as a result of your presence and making sure that impact lasts in your absence." -Sheryl Sandberg

"The growth and development of people is the highest calling of leadership." -Harvey Firestone

"Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality." -Warren Bennis

"A leader is best when people barely know he exists, when his work is done, his aim fulfilled, they will say: we did it ourselves.

What is true leadership and being able to really understand the meaning and the science behind the word Leadership!!

What is true leadership and being able to really understand the meaning and the science behind the word Leadership!!
As the world continues to develop, it is important to consider what our future may look like. With rapid technological advances, the world is becoming increasingly unpredictable and complex. This is where the concept of VUCA – Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity – comes into play. Understanding VUCA is essential to preparing for and navigating the future.

The future is likely to be characterized by VUCA. The world is becoming increasingly volatile, with rapid changes in technology, politics, and the economy. Uncertainty is also likely to be a major factor, as the future is impossible to predict. Complexity is also likely to be a factor, as the world is becoming increasingly interconnected. Finally, ambiguity is likely to be a major factor, as the future is often difficult to interpret.

It is therefore essential to understand VUCA in order to prepare for and navigate the future. By understanding the volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity of the future, we can better prepare for and respond to changes. We can also develop strategies to help us navigate the future and make the most of the opportunities it presents. Understanding VUCA is therefore essential to ensuring a successful future. #science #leadership #opportunities #technology #economy #complexity #future #drlucianosantini #evanstyleleadership #empathymatters

The difference between wanna-be leaders and true leaders is the following.

The difference between wanna-be leaders and true leaders is the following. Wanna-be leaders are those who seek power, prestige, and status, but lack the necessary skills and qualities to lead effectively. They may be charismatic and persuasive, but lack the emotional intelligence and empathy necessary to inspire and motivate others. True leaders, on the other hand, have the skills and qualities necessary to lead effectively. They are able to create a vision and inspire others to follow it. They possess emotional intelligence and empathy and are able to motivate and empower their team members.

True leaders are also able to make tough decisions and take responsibility for their decisions. They are able to delegate tasks and hold their team members accountable. They are also able to recognize and reward good work, and are willing to learn from their mistakes. Finally, genuine leaders are able to build trust and foster collaboration among their team members.

In conclusion, the difference between wanna-be leaders and true leaders is clear. Do you want to be a great leader or just a wanna-be ? #team #leaders #empathy #emotionalintelligence #collaboration

Leadership is one of the most challenging

Leadership is one of the most challenging things, and we all likely want to get better at it. You don't always have leadership in your blood, that's for sure. People also have different interpretations of what a leader is.

Some people think leaders are born. For others, good leaders emerge from bad situations. Regardless of what you think, leading is as vital as breathing.
If leading is so important, how can you become a better leader? Let us see what some think?
Skye Schooley
Business News Daily Staff Being promoted to a management role may seem like a great accomplishment, but many professionals find the responsibility to be more challenging than they imagined. Merely being someone's boss doesn't mean you are a good leader.
The inspirational motivation dimension suggests that transformational leaders motivate and inspire their subordinates to complete challenging assignments by sharing their vision and strategies with employee.
Transactional leaders motivate their subordinates through an exchange process. Subordinates that accomplish their job requirements are rewarded while others are punished. Therefore, transactional leaders focus on motivating employees through the
punishment and reward mechanism.
Job satisfaction refers to the pleasure derived while doing a job. Supervisors face a major challenge in ensuring that their subordinates are satisfied with their jobs. A satisfied worker
is more efficient and effective in an organization (Haque & Aston, 2016; Haque et al., 2015).
Subordinates will be more satisfied if they are treated well (Aziri, 2011; Haque, Faizan &
Cockrill, 2017). Individuals’ job satisfaction level is visible from their attitude towards their work. Highly satisfied employees have a positive and favorable attitude towards their work
while unsatisfied workers have a negative attitude towards their job (Armstrong, 2006). One thing is knowing what leadership is but another is to understand what it is and means to another person and able to implement the techniques need to be followed.

LETS MAKE SOME NOISE

Hello my friends, would it not be great if a measure that eliminates qualified immunity was done away with for state and government agencies and their so called leadership styles.

What would change?
Do you believe that better leadership would be put in place and changes would be made?
Do you think the manipulation and the bullying would stop?
Do you believe people in general would be treated better including staff? Do you believe the dictators would be removed? (-maybe) In the United States, qualified immunity is a legal principle that grants government officials performing discretionary functions immunity from civil suits unless the plaintiff shows that the official violated "clearly established statutory or constitutional rights of which a reasonable person would have known". Because of all the vague policies, this leaves plenty of loopholes to hide behind the policy when a high official screws up!! I know many will disagree with this but think about it guys how much of our current leadership would change? Please share!! #leadership #incompetence #politics #humanrights #change #integrity #people #evanstyle #disruptors

Personal leadership also means “accountability”

We all know good frontline leadership builds both morale and profitability. What happens when you hire someone to fill a position with no experience? Maybe that’s because companies think they’re saving money by not investing in front line leader training or it is someone they know that can be manipulated to use to their advantage. Whatever the reason, why not spend your money on leadership training and development down in the trenches, where it will really do some good? Oh that makes too much sense for some leaders because they should have learned how to be leaders in the first place. There’s the opportunity cost of lost leadership. Finally, there’s the cost of lawsuits. Good frontline leadership creates organizations where lawsuits are less likely. These skills may be tough to acquire, so the switchover to the status of leadership can be very demanding and at times unthinkable in the absence of effective guidance and help. Personal leadership also means “accountability”. It means that you have decided to use the talents that are unique to you and will develop them further to reach your goals. When the staffs are highly motivated and competent, a combination of high delegative and moderate participative styles of leadership is most appropriate. #leaders #evanstyle #disruptors

Creativity and innovation needs to be allowed

Hello my friends. I post regarding empathy and I am just surprised on the comments and shows me just how people in general have no idea what empathy really means and or how to show it to others and that is ok my friends because I love all people haters included. As a creator and innovator and yes always challenging the status quo and disrupting those who hate or afraid of change due to their cushy position they hold in companies and might just might bring out their true colors. This is where creativity and innovation needs to be allowed to bring about change and new outlooks for any company and peoples lives! innovation is when a company creates or discovers a unique way of promoting their products, not necessarily through an entirely new channel or medium, but certainly different nonetheless. In general, there is one path every innovator takes, and it all starts with skepticism, a natural reaction when entering the unknown. Soon after skepticism follows enthusiasm because with focused effort you start to see the potential of your new strategy. Which do you think you are, a creator and innovator or robot and afraid of change?? #leadership #innovation #change #strategy #creativity #evanstyle

Confront reality

First, thank you for following me and believing in me to always be straight forward and always be transparent especially during our crisis loss of love and be safe out there. OK, let's get to the article today.
Always query whether or not the “halo effect” of a commercial enterprise or commercial enterprise state of affairs is blinding you to what lies on the horizon.—Herbert Henkel, chairman, and CEO of Ingersoll Rand
Few estimated the magnitude of the modern-day crisis. But these in the company world who first detected—and accepted—the truth that something was amiss had a distinct benefit in imposing techniques to assist and weather the storm.
Besides courage, staying in advance of the curve entails having the mechanisms and governance models that permit organizations to confront realities unimaginably one of a kind from others they would generally expect. Monitoring issues that foresee up warning signs and symptoms are important. So too is an environment, each difficult and psychological, the place where one sees the different interpretations of the signs and symptoms can be aired and viewed with care and interest.
Many people placed in high positions should know and understand the needs and wants already for every day and have an open verbal exchange with their boards, staff and exercising and implementing this practice they say proves its really well worth it when hard choices should be made.
If these upper and higher positioned people have no idea what to do or understand human beings then they will never be able to be up to speed. Those who call themselves leaders are in these positions should be able to provide everyone guidance and supportive advice.
What I find though is that these people come down with an iron hand and not have any idea how to understand other human beings which in turn causes chaos instead of having a smooth operation. What they do is that the focus on stupid things and nitpick at everything you do to cover up their incompetence and this my friends are the people who are running both for-profit and non-profit companies and organizations where you work.
Do not make the mistake of not understanding what I am saying because they're those who actually have great leadership skills and will lead their companies through any crisis but those are rare and if they by any chance have someone within the organization that can do this then the so-called leaders will nitpick at you and micro-mange you simply to cover up their incompetence.

We Must Live Our Lives not in fear but in faith.

We Must Live Our Lives not in fear but in faith

I understand the moments we are living because we are literally living in the moment trying to decipher what is going on. Most of us are not wealthy enough to stay home and play it safe and so I tell you just live our lives. Most of us have to work sick or injured to survive for the ones we love. Even if you take the protected route through, life, you may fail.

If you comply with your dreams, you would possibly fail, too. But, you may reap them – and that’s what may change your life forever. I could have been a Psychotherapist but I did not but I did make a safer choice I think (LOL) I am sure most out in this world did as well.

So lets us all be human and help thy neighbor if they need us whether we like them or not because if they cut themselves and we cut ourselves what comes out is the color red. We are all somehow tied to each other by the color red. too much media equals to much fear so follow your gut and do the right thing if and when you have to. Just as a great leader must do which is to do the right thing no matter what even it means standing alone. #leadership #leadershipdevelopmentcoaching #humanbeings #emotionalintelligence #businessleadership #empathy #transformational #feelvalued #psychotherapist #inthemoment

Subtle Signs of Bullying through people in higher positions who call themselves a leader and hide at the back of policies.

Subtle Signs of Bullying through people in higher positions who call themselves a leader and hide at the back of policies. I know each one of you who is reading this knows exactly what I am talking about. Tell me something; Do you just stand there and watch them continue justifying their BS and hide behind polices! Bullying frequently goes ignored in the workplace due to the fact it is a sluggish procedure of emotional and psychological manipulation that is challenging to prove and detect. Here are some signs to look for; Deceit. Repeatedly lying, no longer telling the truth, concealing the truth, deceiving others to get one’s way, and creating false hopes with no plans to fulfill them. Intimidation. Overt or veiled threats; fear-inducing conversation and behavior Ignoring. Purposefully ignoring, avoiding, or not paying attention to someone; “forgetting” to invite any individual to a meeting; selectively greeting or interacting with others barring a victim Isolation/exclusion. Intentionally making them feel socially or physically isolated or physically isolated from a group; purposefully aside from any individual from decisions, conversations, and work-related activities.
