Manifesto: Exposing the Fallacy of Rewarding Incompetent Leaders By Luciano Santini Introduction: We, the disillusioned individuals who have witnessed the detrimental effects of bad leadership, unite to challenge the prevailing system that rewards ineptitude and subservience. This manifesto aims to shed light on the damaging consequences of elevating individuals who prioritize ass-kissing over competence, all while receiving exorbitant salaries.

We stand against this injustice and call for a paradigm shift in how leaders are selected and compensated. Identifying the Problem: It is an unfortunate reality that many leaders today ascend the corporate or political ladder not because of their merit or abilities, but rather due to their ability to curry favor with those in power. This system perpetuates a cycle of incompetence, where unqualified individuals occupy influential positions, leading to disastrous outcomes for organizations, societies, and the world at large.

Consequences of Ass-Kissing Leadership: a) Inefficiency and Mismanagement: Leaders chosen based on their loyalty rather than their skills often lack the competence to effectively manage complex challenges. This results in poor decision-making, suboptimal strategies, and wasted resources, hampering progress and stifling innovation. b) Toxic Work Environments: The presence of ass-kissing leaders creates toxic workplace cultures. Those who genuinely merit recognition and advancement are overlooked, leading to frustration, demotivation, and the loss of talented individuals who could have contributed significantly. c) Erosion of Trust: When leaders are chosen based on their ability to flatter superiors rather than their integrity and capabilities, trust in leadership deteriorates. This breakdown in trust leads to cynicism, employee disengagement, and an overall decline in organizational performance.

The Need for Merit-Based Selection: We advocate for a shift towards merit-based selection criteria for leadership positions. Rather than rewarding sycophantic behavior, we should emphasize qualities such as expertise, vision, integrity, and a track record of achievement. Competency and leadership skills should be the cornerstone of selection processes, ensuring that those in positions of power can truly lead and inspire.

Transparent and Accountable Compensation: The current system often results in disproportionately high salaries for leaders who contribute little of value. We demand greater transparency in compensation structures, with clearly defined performance metrics aligned with organizational goals. Salaries should be commensurate with results and merit, rewarding leaders who bring about positive change and measurable progress.

Promoting Ethical Leadership: Leadership must be rooted in ethics and a genuine commitment to serving the greater good. We call for the cultivation of leaders who exhibit empathy, inclusivity, and social responsibility. Organizations should prioritize leadership development programs that emphasize ethical decision-making, fostering a new generation of leaders who inspire through their actions and principles.

Empowering Employee Voice: To dismantle the culture of ass-kissing, organizations must create platforms for employees to express their opinions and concerns without fear of retribution. Encouraging a culture of open dialogue, feedback, and upward communication enables diverse perspectives to be heard, leading to better decision-making and a fairer system of advancement. Conclusion: We, the proponents of this manifesto, urge individuals, organizations, and society at large to challenge the prevailing system that rewards incompetence and ass-kissing.

By prioritizing merit-based selection, transparent compensation, ethical leadership, and employee empowerment, we can create a world where capable and deserving leaders thrive, organizations flourish, and societal progress becomes a reality. It is time to break the shackles of an antiquated system and forge a brighter future for all.

Hello to all my friends who continue to believe in my skill sets as a solutions provider. It is always a true pleasure to hear your comments and suggestions on what you want me to to write about and of course I love it !!!!

As most of you know that Napoleon Hill was a great writer and investigator in the art of wealth and well being. I began studying his books and writing many many years ago and have learned so much regarding human behavior of course studying human behavior from psychotherapists and other writers have also helped me understand why people do what they do and why they do not do what they should do.

The one one thing that has shown me what people are all about is listening,watching,speaking and most importantly the passion to to show empathy and compassion towards people no matter where they come from or who they are.










Those who create good fellowship among others will never be short of friends.


If you have a friend who goes out of his way to help cement friendships between others, consider yourself fortunate indeed. In today’s frantic, mobile, throwaway society, such individuals are exceedingly rare. With the demands placed upon us by our careers, our families, and the hectic pace of daily life, most of us have little time for ourselves, and even less for our friends. Yet we know that friendship freely given and gratefully received is one of life’s greatest gifts. 

I believe that people need to take some time out of their busy day each and every day sit back and see what the day gave them such joy,sorrow or challenges then take a look at each one of those and see what went wrong or what went right.

Did the challenge caused you to stop and think or did you just react to the situation? These are questions that we need to think about during our busy day.

I always talk about motivation and how one can self motivate if they simply ask themselves their why? 
Why do I do what I do? Do I have a passion for what I do?
The one key to realizing this is that motivation is only about exciting oneself. The rest of the deal is that you have to create urgency and goals to stay motivated. Sometimes people will get so excited that they have no goals and thus will fail reaching any goal because they did not have a plan in place to reach the goals intended.

Focus on the goal of course is also a big part of the achievement one wants, however one needs to be real careful on the number of goals set. While there are people who can focus on more than one goal my suggestion to all of you out there is to focus on one at a time.

Life is all about the legacy you want to leave behind after you are gone. We focus to much on what other people think and we fail to think for ourselves. We fail as a society today because we have allowed to conform to ideologies that do not work anymore. The past was awesome in different time areas, however times change constantly and until we all realize that time will never ever stop for anyone but continue moving forward only then will we be able to change the world.

Good morning my friends. What happens when you put in the long hours and you get no results or minimum if any at all. It could be that you are missing one key techniques or many techniques or simply could be your mindset.What is your business is not up to date with the new ideas that have been coming up for your industry and you have been doing everything possible to make it up to date, it could simply mean you need a business coach to help you.


I have to tell you that I talk to many many business owners and staff members and what I have found is that most of the troubles we have is simply habits that we have picked up from the past and stay stuck in our comfort zones and because we are stuck there we do not see the signs of trouble coming our way. These old beliefs or habits will be what stops you from reaching your goals.

You have to be able to identify your WHY because as The American entrepreneur, author and motivational speaker the late Jim Rohn often said the only real reason more people don’t succeed is because they don’t have enough reasons why.


 This for all the new entrepreneurs Build your own economy.  The truth of the matter is that no matter how hard you work within your organization or how loyal you are to the company will always leave you vulnerable an open to disaster simply because as long as you make them successful you will stay and receive accolades but the minute you get tired you will be called upon your mistakes.

 The people with character and think out of the box attitude will need to use their creativity and realize the value they can bring to the world and find the need and give to the world and the payback will be huge so go for it!!!

 What do you value your knowledge? That is a question that people rarely ask themselves.



You need to know what it is that you are really really good at. Take that thing you are good at and make it into a choice to change your life. You will need to take action and make a difference in the world and in the lives of those you care about.

Are you in the correct mindset to accomplish your goals?
 The truth of the matter is either you have the talent or you do not that is it!!! If you do not or feel you do not the create a growth mindset where you start to believe that you have what it takes to develop them.
 




 You will never be greater than the thoughts that dominate your mind.
If it’s true that you become what you think about most, it follows that the quantity and quality of success you achieve in your life will be in direct proportion to the size of your thoughts. If you allow your mind to be dominated by trivial matters, your achievements are likely to be unimportant. Discipline yourself to think about important things.

 Keep up with what’s new in your field and with what’s going on in the world. Make a list of good ideas that you can use anytime you are searching for a creative solution to a problem. Remember, small minds think about things; great minds think about ideas.
