Being concise is extremely important today, because it will help you get to the heart of the matter without wasting any one's time (including you own). So instead of going on and on when you're asking for something, cut to the chase. Just ask for what you want. If you deserve something, you will get it. And if you don't, you won't. If it's 'no,' it's not the answer you want to hear, but at least you will know faster -- and can move on to bigger and better things sooner.

When you take the initiative, you become a de facto leader whose success will depend in large measure upon your ability to inspire others to work with you. They will follow your lead when they have confidence in you and when they know they will share in your success. Few of us are good enough or lucky enough to achieve great success completely on our own. We need others to help us. When we give more in return than we ever ask of our friends and associates, not only will we be able to accomplish much more in life, but it will also make the entire experience much more enjoyable. 

Well now to business and would like to start with somewhat of an idea for all around the world to realize this quote because I have to tell you that a loners journey is never easy instead you will find yourself in many difficult times. 

You must always look for help from others because you will need them whoever you decide to find to help you on your journey.

In life there will always be issues and we will always make mistakes the thing to learn is to simply make sure that we learn from our mistakes and move forward. Most people will give up because they made a bad mistake that for example cost them all their money and well now it is over. 

I tell you learn and move learn and move forward into the future because if you become stale then your whole life will be one giant door stop meaning you have put your life on hold and will never move forward.

What needs to happen now is to sit and relax your mind and find what it is that you want to accomplish, Sit relax and start a plan as small as it may be start it and do it now!!!! START THE PLAN

In business I find that when I start to train a small business owner he is still in the employee mentality. Why is that? Well because the owner believes that he/she are the only ones that can run the business efficiently and that they are the only ones who understand their customers.This is the main issue that I find. 

When I start to train the techniques to let go and let someone else start the journey they begin to worry and think negatively and this can become an issue if they decide not to continue the training. The thing is to take a good look at the people that you may have employed and watch them and usually there is at least one individual who excels more then the others.

This person he/she will be the one that you need to start teaching and we start training him/her and assist them with the journey. This will be the one to allow to run your business so that you have the freedom to get out and create ore business for your establishment and then it will slowly begin to grow.
