NTE"S Nasty,Toxic and Evil People

Hello friends and supporters;

I always think about what goes on in peoples minds regarding their jobs and the people they work with. I find the issue to be not the people they work with but the people they work for. There those people you do not want to work with and they can be ignored or make them your friends it i sup to you, however those you work for welllll that is a whole different color is it not?

Please write your comments below and tell me how you really feel about your boss. I understand some people feel afraid. why would you feel afraid? This can actually make you feel better.

RISE TO ANY OCCASION

Hello to all my friends and supporters. Those that know me and have worked with me know that I am and always will be straight forward in both life and business. I believe people will appreciate you more when you are honest about what ever situation at hand. I have a difficult time with people who tell me to follow a procedure or policy when they know it is wrong to begin with. I understand structure and policies. Ask yourself one question; What would this world be like if all policies and procedures never changed? I believe that it is because of this mentality that so many organizations have a difficult time with change. When you are ready for change find the right person to help lead you and your organization into the future. Surround yourself with those who support change and those who will stand by you and help you rise to any occasion. I always tell my own kids believe in who you are and question anything that does not seem right.

OOPS So Called Leadership





Hello my friends.

Today I would like to mention "Change" What happens when top so called experienced so called leaders place someone in a position of power to lead an organization and they do a poor job;who do you blame?

Well they will blame them for sure because they will never admit their wrong doing or their mistake. The problem could have been the other person but the reality and the truth is that the so called experienced so called leadership chose the wrong person to begin with and never took the time to train them properly simply because the other truth is that they have no idea what relationship building is or how to do it.

Relationships take hard work and a long time to build think of it like a marriage, it takes hard work to keep one together does it not; Take a look at this country's divorce rate- Healthy marriages are good for couples' mental and physical health. ... However, about 40 to 50 percent of married couples in the United States divorce. The divorce rate for subsequent marriages is even higher.

Are We Robots to People Who Have Higher Positions

Hello to all my followers,believers and supporters of what I do which is to bring people and businesses to their full potential. Sometimes you hear a statement made and you have to do the right thing. Someone stated to me that sometimes upper management has to approve how people think.

This statement blew me out of the water and a great conversation suddenly became extremely uncomfortable. According to the Declaration of Independence, the government gets its power to govern from the people that it governs.

As the Declaration says, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. This was an idea that derived from Enlightenment thinkers such as John Locke. Societies which recognize that the inherent human rights have higher standing than government policies are free societies.

Those countries, however, which hold that governmental policies have priority over human rights, are subject to becoming totalitarian. That, whenever government becomes destructive to these ends [protecting our unalienable Rights], it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it and to institute new Government...

Leadership is about allowing your staff to change direction on their own to create efficiency. Leadership is about having an open mind to the future.

Leadership is about understanding that at one point or another you will be standing alone when  everyone else will turn their back on you and yet you will perceive and persist on doing  what you know is the right thing to do.
