Luciano Santini On Business and Life



Good morning my friends it has been a long while since I have written anything on  my blogs. There are reasons behind all that though let me explain. You see I sometimes cannot think about what my audience would like to hear or read so I take some time and do some research  on new ideas and I talk to my friends and ask them what it is that they would like to read.


I had my monthly meeting with my mastermind group and I have to tell you that I am so glad that I have a mastermind group because they gave me some great ideas. I started to ask them as far as being a Motivational speaker I love to talk to mt audience and really show them my passion and guess what they told me that sometimes that was not what people wanted to see or hear. I said OK then lets come up with some ideas to make it better.

I realized that sometimes we believe that we know and understand everything about our business and in all reality we need help sometimes we need new ideas and I also found that there is no shame in admitting that especially in business. 

I find that when I train staff say in customer service they seem astonished at what they learn and when I ask them the answers I get are just well WOW!!! is all I can say.

What is even more surprising to me is that when I ask the owners of the business they tell me that they actually believed that the business was being operated as they trained their staff from the very beginning. 

I tell them that sometimes we need to make sure we become the customer to understand if one trained their staff correctly.

In business in this economy there are so many people you can bring in to assist you with strategies or knowledge but the problem then becomes if the person you bring to help or train actually has been there and trained people and understand the need of the client YOU!!.

Why a business coach:
There are so many reasons but I believe the most important ones are:


  1. Belieivng that you can make your business a great business.
  2. Understanding your competition.
  3. Understanding how your staff are treating your clients.
  4. Balance between life and business.
  5. Making sure there is a strategey for better customer service.

Luciano Santini Top Motivational Speaker/Business Coach and Life Coach

Good morning everyone and it has been a while since I have blogged. I find that when you blog to much it can be and get hectic but here we are with some great content. I had this dream and and wanted to share some thoughts with the world.

 I dreamed that I was in front of a panel of people and they happened to be some kind of authority on life imagine that huh!!

OK here it is. This panel asked questions such as: Do you believe that there is a GOD? I answered I believe that there is a higher power in the universe. Do you believe in relationships? I answered it all depends what you mean by believing in a relationship. Then they asked explain your answer. 

I said sure! I explained that I believed in having a great relationship with clients in business and bring them value from my services. I believe that having a great relationship with your children. I believe in having a relationship with your significant other as long as there was respect between both.

I explained that the main thing as far as believing in anything is to find balance between life and the world around you.

You see in business there must be respect with your clients in order to bring them value from your services whatever that may be. I f there is no respect then there is no trust and there is no value. It is that simple and ask yourself: Is that not a formula for life!! of course it is. 

Think about it it is such a simple formula and yet so difficult to accomplish. Then the last question that was asked was the following: What is the one person you truly believe in? My answer was ME. Explain the answer please they asked!!

I believe in me because if I fail at whatever I do is because I did not follow directions or because I did not know the answer to whatever I try to accomplish and I will be the only one to blame and no one else for failing or dropping the ball in business or in life period. 

I take full responsibility for my failures and for my accomplishments and ho;d myself 100% accountable for my actions whether I fail or accomplish my goals.

In business it is the same thing with anyone business owner or should be. If your business fails it is because you did not ask for suggestions or assistance to move your business in the right direction.As a business coach I find that if you are keeping your business from moving forward because you are ashamed to ask for help then you will be failing not just yourself but your clients.
