When we are feeling down for whatever reason, you as the individual must do the following:
You've got to organize these emotions if you want to get past them. Put
things in perspective. Don't let your feelings get the better of you.
Remember: They're just feelings. Even the bad ones (like jealousy,
regret, or anger) are natural. You can't fight them. Make a list of each
negative feeling as it comes over you, and before you know it, you
won't be feeling them anymore.
