Authority vs Leadership
When dealing with adults, the sole use of authority to direct and self- discipline them rarely works, the best leader gives a higher strategy of sharing and involving consequently constructing rapport with followers and developing lengthy-time period relationships.
Authority will rarely make human beings exchange their attitudes and behaviors with lasting outcomes and consequences, on the other hand, a leader evokes followers by modeling methods and for this reason, a leader will show larger effectiveness in addressing attitudes and behaviors.
One very important thing to remember is that Individuals, who do not rely on authority but lead people, are the ones who enjoy the privilege of serving others and sharing thoughts practiced by later generations long after they are gone.
Even with individuals who held positions of responsibilities, the ones who actually led their people are the ones remembered and followed. Everyone agree leadership is needed during this difficult time. Share with as many as possible.

“People don’t quit bad jobs, they quit bad bosses,”
“People don’t quit bad jobs, they quit bad bosses,” according to an old
saw. My research suggests there’s the truth behind this saying:
bosses do matter in employee job satisfaction. But what makes someone
a great boss?
Research shows that in both agencies non-profit and for-profit organizations
as well there are very few real leaders. What I found is the
following.
It is not a matter of skill or just how good a person is as a leader
instead, you find that the people in leadership positions are doing
nothing other than defending policies and procedures and not
defending their hard-working people they should be leading and this
is for their specific agenda and for their bosses above them and that
shows how they received their promotions and that is how they win.
You see my friends and future leaders let me ask you a question. How many
times have you heard" that is just our policy" from a client or a staff member and you respond well I m so sorry but I cannot change it. Why not just say the truth? I get paid to do a job and so I leave my brains outside the door and pick them up when I leave the office at 5:00 pm.
To hear the honest truth would be great right but do you hear the truth?
In my next post, I will write about what happens when you do use your
brain's OOOOOHHHH?

Good leaders and what they do?
Good leaders and what they do?
Good leaders know when and how to stay calm during a crisis. They know their people and how to manage their knowledge.
A great leader knows and has a great understanding of compartmentalizing and also realizes to bring that together with his staff in a way that everyone understands the goal.
What does this look like one might ask well here it is my friends. It looks like this if and only if there is a crisis like today, the leader you are following would compartmentalize the issue and focus on their staff or followers and allow them to speak their minds and listen to them and in the midst of everything else going on he or she listens to suggestions to make their transition whatever that may be easier and comfortable without being afraid of the change.
A great leader needs to be able to know how to focus on different things going but most importantly his followers.
I listen to Marshall Goldsmith this morning to a short conference regarding leadership and the panel was all great and stated some really great things regarding leadership which I truly enjoyed.

I hope everyone is doing superb as you possibly can be for the duration of these difficult times. It’s humorous all the moments we take for granted, isn’t it? With everything that’s going on, it’s an appropriate time to take stock and to think in regards to who we are as human beings and where we are going.
One of those very important things to really think about is your would-be management capabilities I’m sure. A large definition of management focuses on the potential to encourage others who share the one goal to reach both as individuals and as an organization.
Leadership capabilities are vital anywhere whether at home or at your place of employment. One to look for is the ability to execute a technique such as transformational leadership or servant leadership.
Both of these techniques and theories work great if and only you have a human understanding that brings out the science fo leadership. Leadership is also an art that a true leader must understand not just the theories but the implementation of it and what it all means.
Developing management abilities is one of the most effective ways you can a serious change in your life and of others.
As you work on creating management skills, you end up greater attuned to your strengths and weaknesses, which creates self-awareness and the capacity to relate to others. Leadership is an art and a science and both must become one as in my theory the EVAN Theory of Leadership.-Dr. Luciano Santini
