"Life Is Not A Just A Phase We Go Through Life Is A Journey We Must Finish With A Smile"--Luciano Santini

Sometimes we will find ourselves in a hard situation and may feel that there is just no way out and that is ok because there is always a way out there is always a positive to every negative always! you just have to dig deep inside yourself to be able to see it.

The man who does his job precisely as he would do it if he owned the business may see the day when he will own that business or a better one.

The best-managed companies are those in which management creates opportunities for employees to own a piece of the business through various types of stock-ownership programs. Management has found that when individual employees are also owners, they are more loyal, more creative, and more cost-conscious.

They also work harder and are more responsive to customers. If you have the opportunity to participate in employee stock programs, do so. If possible, extend the same opportunity to your employees.

If such programs are not available to you, conduct yourself as though you were already an owner, and sooner or later you will be. It is inevitable that when you think like an owner, you will eventually become one.

I love What Napoleon Hill states in this article becaue it is so true some people work and work and seem to get no where and then something happens as if magic comes into their lives they find themselves doing what they always wanted to do and accomplish.

How about some Monster.com information on jobs:

This is not your father’s job market. Long gone are the company lifers from yesteryear who spent their entire careers in a single position within a single company. Today, we’re living in an age of job promiscuity, where regularly changing jobs is not just tolerated, but encouraged.

This shift is a fairly recent phenomenon that can be traced back to the dot-com rise and fall of the late 1990s. Regardless of the reasons for the shift, the current employment climate requires job seekers to be more agile.

I believe you understand what this means and if not allow me to break it down for you; You see back in the day when your father was working at a factory they would work there forever until retiring and then sit back and live a retirees life if they saved and invested wisely. That my friends is not the case any more at all. People are lucky if they stay at a job for more then 2 or 3 years at one place specially if there is no retirement or benefits.

Ok my friends let me know and write me your comments uyour thoughts on this article.
